- The designated voting system for #DTG should be as simple as possible. People will nominate themselves as potential candidates for specified seats of office (admin, mod, or executive). Then, the people who desire to vote would do so over a period of three days, utilizing a method of ranked voting for each type of office. When the voting period ends, the votes will be tallied. The candidate with the lowest amount of votes will be eliminated from the potential acquisition of the office, and their votes distributed according to the ranked votes of the voters until there are only enough candidates to fill all of the available seats. Alternatively, one can specifically vote to leave a seat empty. Candidates who fail to reach a designated minimum vote or the amount of votes given to the emptying of a seat will then be eliminated.
- If two people are running for the executive office, you must acquire over half of the votes to obtain the seat. If three people are running for said office, you must acquire over a third of the votes to obtain the seat. Four people, one fourth, and so on. Minimum votes are determined by the number of people running. If two are running in a non-executive seat, you must acquire a fourth of the votes to be granted it. Three people, a fifth, four people, a sixth, and such.
- Full-council votes should be carried out on a bare minimum of once every six months. Prior to these votes, a one-day (at the utmost least) notice should be provided to the populace, so that they may register to vote, if required. A bare minimum of votes should be required to elect somebody to office, or otherwise change their political class. In the event that there is a tie, a revote should be cast for that seat in particular until a victor is chosen by the people.
- One can run for multiple positions, if they so desire. They shall be granted the most senior of positions they achieve appointment in. Similarly, there are two available admin slots at the writing of this document, and five moderator, with the obvious one executive. Bots may not run for political office.
- A new vote for a council/executive seat should be at least recommended when the holder of said office commits consistent unconstitutional or abusive acts.
