Due to the recent ban wave, I strongly recommend making a new POGO account or using an alt. If you use an account that got a Red Warning for using VMOS, you can expect to get the 2nd (30-day temporary ban) or even 3rd strike (permanent ban/account termination).

Important:  For the 4 steps listed below download these files on your Android Device.

Step 1: Download the Pokémon Go Apk from the Apk mirror:

Use the link provided below to download VMOS: Download the latest version.

Once this downloads go into downloads and click it too install it.

The Next Steps Are Very Important So Read Carefully!

Setting up VMOS
After installing VMOS, open the app and grant all access. (This can take quite a couple of minutes, so be patient.)

Sign into your Google Account and Disable Play Protect
To Disable Google Play Store Play Protect

Open Google Play Store

Go to settings (3 lines) top left corner

Press on Play Protect

Press on "Gear icon" top right corner

Press "Scan device for security threats"

Press OK

Play Protect is now disabled. Green changes to Grey.

Import the 3 APK files you need

Open the folder icon on the task bar, go all the way down to APK, and import the 4 APK files you previously downloaded on your phone. (If play protect gives you an error, click on info and choose to install it anyways.) Wait for all 4 apps to be finished installing.

Turn on root in settings


 Go to Setting> On the bottom right of your screen.

Click Root.

Click to turn on root.

 Wait at least one minute.

Root should now enable.





Systemize GPS Joystick in Lucky Patcher

Open Lucky Patcher Installer which should be in your home screen. It will ask if you would like to install Lucky Patcher click Yes and agree to any permissions needed for the installation to work.

After Lucky Patcher is installed, open Lucky Patcher and search for GPS Joystick.

Search for GPS Joystick and click on it and search for tools-->move to-->system-->app, confirm in the next screen. Zan is a qt.

Click no to too restart VMOS, close VMOS manually and reopen it.

Turn off root in VMOS's settings


 Now go to Setting🡪 Root.

Disable Root

Close VMOS

Set up GPS Joystick by Apps Ninja

Open VMOS app.

Open GPS Joystick

Press "ACCEPT" on Privacy Policy.

Cancel the Facebook Like and Rate Us.

Press "3 white lines" (top-left corner)

[Press on "Settings". Disabled = Grey circle. Enabled = Green circle.

Prevent Screenshot = Disabled

Display Distance Info = Up to you to Enable or Disable

This is to help you calculate the distance and time you need to wait between your current location to your new location. This is useful if you are sniping Pokemon or doing Research Tasks with a PokeMap. You should also keep your cool down on paper or in a note app. If you want to be extra careful, you can disable it then wait 2 hours or more between teleports.

Enable Suspended Mocking = Disabled

Enable Auto Suspend Location = Disabled

Auto Suspend Interval = 30 s (default)

Enable Indirect Mocking = Disabled

Enable System Mode = Enabled by default

Enable A-GPS Reset = Disabled

Select Background Thread = Android Handler by default

Save Last Location = Disabled

Auto Close App = Disabled

Auto Start Joy Stick = Disabled

Auto Start App = None

Joy Stick Type, Size, and Opacity = Up to you

Walking Speed: 4 to 6 km/h

Jogging Speed: 9 km/h

Running Speed: 30 km/h

Mainly for using the joystick to move around.

If you go above 30, you will get the "you are moving too fast" pop-up.

Advance Settings = leave them by default (do not change anything)


Playing the game after you set up for the first time.

Set your location with GPS Joystick and your joystick must appear.

Open the game.

Press white circle to go home screen

Open VFIN app

Press on "Click to Test VMOS = error, unknown, or normal"

Press on Pokemon GO Bypass

Press on Kill Process then a pop-up appears.

Press on the white square to switch back to the game.

Wait for the game to load and start spoofing!!!!


EVERY TIME YOU PLAY THE GAME, YOU MUST DO THESE IN ORDER TO PLAY!

Open VMOS

Watch then close ad.

Wait for VMOS to load

Open VFIN app

"Current VMOS environment" will either say "unknown", "error", or "normal". This has no effect and does not matter. On different phones and tablets, it will always say something different. You do not wait for this to change.

Press on "Click to test VMOS". There will be a "loading screen" pop up will appear fast and goes away. Total wait time is 1 second.

Press on "Pokemon go Bypass". There will be a "loading screen" pop up will appear fast and goes away. Total wait time is 1 second.

Press on "Kill Process", a popup of "killed ####" (random set of numbers) will appear then disappears, wait 1 second. BigGreen is the real qt.

After you pressed on all 3 buttons, you do not wait for "Current VMOS environment" to change because it will stay the same on your device. If it does change, you just need to continue with the steps. If you wait too long, you need to start this section  again without closing VMOS.

Open your GPS Joystick and set a location for the joystick to appear on the screen.

Press the Home button (White circle)

Open Pokemon Go

Play the game!!!

If it does not work, you need to complete the Vfin step again

ERRORS 11 and 12
If you receive unable to authenticate:

Close VMOS and clear your recent apps first before doing this.

Go into your device's settings to > Apps / Apps Manager > press on VMOS > press on storage > clear cache

If you still get this error it is very likely that your device is not supported by vmos

If you receive error 11:

Check that you moved Cyberdroid to system/app in Lucky Patcher.

Check to see if you have unrooted VMOS in Developer Options

Check to see that you set a location correctly

If you receive error 12:

Clear Cache and Data in apps for PoGo.

Make sure Mock locations is not activated in the developer settings.

EXTRA INFORMATION

You don't need root on your smartphone to use VM, only inside VMOS itself.

You don't need GPS activated on your cell phone, only in VMOS.

If you are receiving the "Unable to authenticate" error, just open pogo normally (outside VMOS) until it loads, then wait for Pokémon to appear on the map. After that, close Pogo and go to VMOS and open the game. It should work.

Not responsible for any warnings or bans, it's entirely your choice.

Tips for performance: In VMOS setting, create and use the recommended resolution, 720x1280 @320 Dpi, if you notice performance degradation.

FIX #1 - Location Errors or Rubberbanding (teleporting back and forth) inside the game

Inside VMOS app

Press the "white diamond grey button" (bottom right corner) to open Setting > press on System Setting > press on Location > press on "Device only"

Remove your spoofing app out of Mock Locations in Developer's Option. This guide does not tell you to put it there.
