Hey people :) so update, I am working on Violet Linux! :) A GNU Gnome linux distro and its not much but its something for my first attempt at something substantial when I don't have too much experience. And so far so good! :)
Will be posting about VL under a paste/FB post on {SA} "Violet Linux Ver x.x.x" (FW depending on when I release after bugpatches)
I intend for it to be open source, As I am mainly building it for experiance, so maybe if people wanted to addon to it once I upload it and see whats good and bad? :)

Now not that I am against piracy, but lets be honest... It kills the homebrew scene when it comes to sony and they are just stuck up their own arse. I mean, I would make a firmware, Where the only type of backup or whatnot is usable, is a dump from the disc to Console. And it signs to the Account you dumped it too! I mean, yeah resign and rehash etc but the Homebrew scene on the PS4 seems much more promising! and from what content we have had from the portable Console scene compared to Ps3 I would say let us all not make the same mistake. no public announcements of CFW's and such until its well too late for sony to patch.

I am also looking into Ps4's Freebsd and webkit so far, And I am on latest OFW, Failoverflow and chaitin have the right idea.
