idk if maybe i'm a veteran compared to others on the site but like. god damn. this is common sense stuff. you join a roleplay, you read the rules. if the site has cbox (discord, in this case) you read the rules. if you're okay with the rules, you try to follow them. if you're not, then join a different site.
you and meech made a site for people to join, yeah, but it's also YOUR site
you shouldn't be expected to change rules and shit just because someone has an issue with it

well that's the thing too and it's become such a hard balance because YEAH i wanna become everyone's friend or at least be friendly with everyone and know about your good days and bad days. but some of the things that have been shared on the site has been A LOT and i think people have forgotten that this is a roleplay site not a personal punching bag where people can say or share as much dark, harmful stuff and make it a negative place.

there's so many members that don't talk and i message them and ask them why and they tell me they feel like with the things talked about on the discord makes them feel awkward and like they can't jump in. and that just irritates me because i hate the thought of people coming in and thinking we're so negative or so heavy with all these subjects and shit and just UGH i'm sorry for unloading all of that onto you :joy: but i just appreciate the fact you get it because so many people don't and it's discouraging.

and honestly we're always up for feed back and working things around for our members, but i can't always change things just for our loudest members on the discord. and as a whole, i also want it to be a discord i can actually go on and not dread about what im going to find either. and i get people aren't gunna like that, but god damn some of the rudeness that has been going on lately has me stunned :joy:
