 How to get skinny in Roblox Da Hood
Like most RPGs, Da Hood allows players to control multiple aspects of their virtual life, including the overall look and physique of their character. In the brief guide below, we'll be going over how to make your Da Hood character skinny and detailing what this process changes in terms of your stats and abilities.
Locating Hood Fitness
To find Hood Fitness, look for the four houses next to the doctor's office—the front of the building is located directly across from this small neighborhood. Once you've found it, enter through either of the building's main doors. Atop Hood Fitness's front desk should be a green rectangle with the words [Lettuce] - $5 hovering above it—this is what you'll need in order to become skinny.
Eating lettuce
The process of becoming skinny in Da Hood is a bit time consuming and can require a few thousand dollars, so make sure that you have around 10 minutes and some extra cash to spare before getting started. Once you've ensured that you're ready to go, approach the lettuce rectangle and click on it—this will add a head of lettuce to your inventory for $5.
To eat the lettuce, select its icon from your inventory bar—this will equip the lettuce to your Robloxian. Next, click on the piece of lettuce in your Robloxian's hand to consume it. This process is exceptionally repetitive, but it does work.
To check your character's stats at any time, open the experience's chat bar and type /e stats into it. Upon doing so, the menu pictured below should appear over your avatar's head. In order to reach max skinniness, your strength bar, designated by the flexing bicep icon, will need to be fully empty. Each time that you eat a piece of lettuce, the fullness of this bar will decrease.
Once your bar has been lowered to an amount of your liking, be sure to reset your character from the settings menu. To access the settings menu, click the Roblox icon in the top-left corner. If you fail to reset your character before leaving the experience, your progress will not carry over into the next server.
What else does lettuce do?
Besides making your character skinny, consuming a large amount of lettuce can also lower your overall strength, making it nearly impossible to keep up with other players in any form of hand-to-hand combat. Your total amount of HP is also lowered when your character is skinny, meaning that other players will be able to take you out in one shot, punch, or kick much more easily.

Gameplay
Players in the game can collect cash within the game. This will allow them to collect different weapons used for offense or defense against players. Players can also roleplay as Officers or Criminals. The Officers role is to arrest the Criminals, while the Criminals work to rob banks and shops. Players who seek to do other objectives with the game can also gain muscle within the gym. If a player wants to decrease their muscle mass, they can eat lettuce to do so.
Popularity
The game has gain popularity due to the game being featured on numerous social media platforms, such as TikTok and YouTube. Due to this popularity, the game was prone to different raids, those being hosted by different YouTubers, most well known being the "Junkbot Raid" which was hosted by Mrflimflam, which reached over 220,000 active players during the initial raid. The raid was purely done just for fun and Albert got permission from the owners prior to raiding the game.
