Unmetered 1Gbit/s Connection (Burst is 10Gbit/s with soft cap allotment monthly of 25TB, can negotitate amounts)
My base price (excluding IP addresses) is $95/month, I'll up to 10Gbit burst to 100TB for free
IPs are one time fee, depending on region you require (RIPE is one-time, ARIN is yearly, APNIC Is one time)

Administrative Fees include:

1. Remote Hands (billed at $42.50/hr, which is same price DC charges me)
2. Network Reconfiguration ($45 - can re-route as necessary, can be deferred to end of year)
3. Account Setup Fee ($14.50)

First month payable for quoted server:
$95 for server, $14.50 account setup fee (which covers my time sending an email to dc techs to have it brought online and configured as necessary)
