 You must be 13+ to be a member of this guild

1.) NSFW content
NSFW Content is strictly prohibited (other than #sb_reports_1 and #sb_reports_2 for reporting purposes only). We are linked to a ROBLOX game, and most of this guild's members are under the age of 18.
NSFW can include, but is not limited to
- 18+ images and videos
- Suggestive images, videos, or sounds
- Suggestive messages
- Links containing any of the above content(edited)
2.) External links
External links are allowed as long as they are not deemed "unsafe". However, these types of links are not allowed.
- Links to discord servers
- Links to personal social media accounts
- Links to intentionally grab people's IP addresses
- Links to unsafe/annoying pages
- Links to adult websites(edited)
3.) Files
Files are allowed for the most part. However, the following stipulations are in place.
- All files must follow the guild rules
- Executable files for any operating system are not allowed
- Archives such as .rar .zip .7z etc are not allowed
- Malicious files and code are strictly prohibited(edited)
4.) Swearing
Swearing should be kept at an absolute minimum. While this is a ROBLOX related guild, we expect our members to be 13+ as per Discord TOS.
- Swearing every other sentence will result in some form of infraction
- Swearing multiple times every minute will result in infraction
- Certain racial slurs will not be tolerated what so ever(edited)
5.) Harassment, bullying, picking fights
We do not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, or fight picking. This includes but is not limited to:
- Starting fights with other people
- Making rude comments to other people
- Name calling
- Making statements to intentionally offend someone
- Inappropriate uses of the terms "gay", "queer", "lesbian", "homo", "homosexual", or anything related to the LGBTQ+ community
- DMing people for this reason
- Lashing out at people
- Obtaining any personal information of someone else without their consent will result in immediate banishment, and a report to discord's trust and safety team(edited)

6.) Religion and Politics
Keep in mind, this guild is composed of people who believe in significantly different things.
- Calm and civil political discourse is allowed.
- Heated political debates are not allowed
- Religious discourse is not allowed without authorization given by an administrator (mainly for holiday events)
    This is due to the easily heated debates caused by religion in general. This isn't the place for it.
- Political insults are not tolerated (ex. "You're a communist", "You're a fascist")
- Fascism is not allowed under any circumstances due to the hatred it promotes
- Communism is not allowed under any circumstances due to sensitive opinions(edited)

7.) Discrimination
Discriminatory behavior is not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Racism
- Homophobia
- Transphobia
- Sexism
- Insulting someone's nationality
- Religious insults
8.) Advertising
Advertising is not permitted what so ever unless approved by @•̶๖̶̶̶ۣۣۜۜ͜ζ͜͡God tusKOr661 or @❄SweetSnowFlake❄ . DM channels will be considered a part of this guild in regards to this rule.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Posting discord invites/personal game links
- Posting links to your services
- Posting links to a roblox group you are affiliated with
- Advertising your paid admin system for Place 2(edited)
9.) Obscene or "Edgy" content
Obscene or "Edgy" content is not allowed what so ever as this is guild is based on a ROBLOX game. This includes but is not limited to:
- Overly violent content
- Extreme lashing out towards others
- Extremely graphic images/videos
- 'fetus' memes are not allowed as it invokes a very sensitive topic(edited)
10.) Threats to other people, and yourself
Threats are taken very seriously in this guild.
If you threaten other people's personal safety, you will be reported to discord's trust and safety team, and banned from the guild immediately.
If you threaten to commit suicide or self harm, you will be reported to discord's trust any safety team. We may halt punishing you depending on the situation.
Telling other people to commit suicide or self harm in any way will not be tolerated, even if it is in a joking manner.(edited)
11.) Spamming, flaming, flood, etc.
- Spamming of any type is not allowed.
- Raiding discord servers is not tolerated. You will be reported to discord's trust and safety team, and banned from this guild as well.
- Any message more than 8 lines (unless it is a script) will be considered flood(edited)
12.) Reactions
Reactions that break this guild's rules will not be tolerated
13.) Nicknames and profile pictures
Nicknames must be pingable, and follow this guild's rules. Any profile picture seen as violating this guild's rules will result in your removal until it is changed.(edited)
14.) Bot commands
Bot commands may not be used in any channel other than #bot_channel, #vc_chat, #sb_reports_1, and #sb_reports_2 . Staff is only exempt for moderation purposes.(edited)
15.) Pinging administrators
Pinging includes anything that would cause a notification to happen

Do not ping any administrator+ for stupid reasons. This includes tusKOr661 and Jacq_83.
You may ping for the following reasons.
- Elevating a ban appeal
- Reporting a mod, check sb_guidelines to see if your report is justified.
(above reasons only include dming @ttyyuu12345 and any other pinging may result in punishment).
- Reporting an urgent situation in the guild. This better be extremely important.
- The administrator is actively chatting.(edited)
16.) Appeals

Appealing of any punishment will go through this process. If you do not follow it, your appeal will be denied.

- First, dm the moderator who sanctioned you.
- Second, if the moderator's actions are unjustified, dm @ttyyuu12345. You will be required to provide evidence such as screenshots as I will not know the situation.
    * I will contact the mod and get their side of the story. Any case requiring my intervention will be very rare.
- Third, if the infraction came from an administrator, @•̶๖̶̶̶ۣۣۜۜ͜ζ͜͡God tusKOr661 or @❄SweetSnowFlake❄ may handle it on a very rare occasion.
    * This will be a very serious case, and its only advised to dm them if it is certain that the administrator was unjustified.
    * Justification is based on the rules of the game and guild, not your own moral code.
17.) Voice Channels
- Do not mic spam in any way. This includes being loud (ear rape), playing music through your mic, etc
- Do not be disruptive. Obnoxious background noise is a nuisance for everyone. If you can't prevent background noise, use push to talk
- Be polite and civilized, don't be rude or nasty.
- Do not make suggestive sounds. This includes moaning and inappropriately-toned sentences.
- All rules of the guild apply.

18.) People who are exempt from the rules

19.) Personal data
By being in this guild, you agree that @ICEY may collect any data about your account, and your interactions with this guild. This includes but is not limited to:
- Your userId, profile picture, join date/time, date/time you entered this guild, or any other information provided by discord
- Any messages you send
- Any files you post
- Warnings, mutes, or any other staff infraction

20.) Treasonous acts
Treason is a rule imposed by @The Bone Carver | penguin0616 to prevent betrayal against Void SB.
Treason against any of the owners, or @The Bone Carver | penguin0616 will result in harsh punishment with the utmost prejudice
Treason against admins will result in swift removal

21.) Self botting
Selfbotting is not allowed as it is a Discord TOS Violation. In doing so, you risk removal from the guild.

22.) Ghost pinging
Ghost pinging is not allowed. Ghost pinging is when you cause a notification to happen for someone, and then remove said message, or edit out the ping.
Examples
- Mentioning someone and then deleting the message
- Mentioning someone, then editing out his/her mention(edited)

Staff rules
These rules are in force for all SB Moderators, Moderators, and Administrators (there are some exceptions for administrators).(edited)
1.) You may not assign roles or permission to anyone who is not supposed to have them
Scripter role
- The test generated from (url coming soon) must be administered, not any other test
- The user must pass with the standards set by @Z_V
- Administrators will bypass this requirement in rare circumstances (ex. A veteran player joins this guild, and has had a reputation previously).
Staff roles
- No staff member may give any staff roles or permissions to people who are not supposed to have them
- All staff is selected via an interview process, or an agreement between the owners and administrators
Giving users access to channels they should have
- Staff channels are only for staff members, and sensitive information may be passed from user to user.
Verifying other users
If you have the ability to verify users (administrators only), it must be done so properly.
- Do not verify alts.
- Do not verify users as accounts that are not their own.
- You may not give the verified role to unverified users.
- RoVer's verification data is acceptable proof in the circumstance the user does not have an account that meets the requirements. (Only one discord/roblox account may be verified).(edited)

2.) All staff must follow every rule given to them
You are a role model to other people. You may not break any rule, or cause other users to break a rule.
- If you are caught breaking the rules, one of the following will happen depending on the severity.
* @ttyyuu12345 may determine a light punishment for fully instated mods (guild mute, up to 1 week temporary probation, warning, etc), or @no fun pepe in his absence
* @no fun pepe may determine a punishment for trial/probationary mods (this will generally be more harsh and can include termination), or @ttyyuu12345 in his absence
* @The Bone Carver | penguin0616 may determine a more harsh punishment for any mod (such as a temporary ban from the guild/game, 1 month probation, etc.)
* A convention of admins, or an owner may consider a termination
- All administrators may impose any guild sanctions such as warning/muting if you are caught breaking the rules
- Owners may terminate you for any reason without warning(edited)

3.) Punishment severity
Any light offense must be met with a warning, and repeated light offenses at one time may be met with another warning or a mute.
Immediate bans are only reserved for the most severe cases such as NSFW for example.

4.) Chain of Command, all users in each rank must obey orders from the ranks above them

Warning punishments
First warning: no punishment
Second warning: no punishment
Third warning: kick
Fourth warning: kick
Fifth warning: kick
Sixth warning (and subsequent warnings): banishment
All warning punishments are automatically carried out by the bot and are justified. The first and second warnings serve to let you know that this guild has rules that must be enforced. The third through fifth warnings are to grab your attention more heavily as you are kicked out of the guild, but allowed to re-enter. The sixth warning means that you are not willing to comply, and must be completely removed from the guild.(edited)
