  15. Our room was great and the staff was friendly but holy crap--the setbacks with our stay and reservation was terrible! Massive hiccups: water LEAKS that forced us to leave our room after we had already unpacked, room changes, COUNTLESS trips to the front desk to keep confirming and updating checkout dates (this started after having our room moved), the maid coming to our door and wondering why we haven't checked out yet(having to go back down to the front desk to explain and reconfirm our reservation (3 days before we were supposed to even check out). That was a little ridiculous but all in all a very nice hotel. The staff made it right, but it was still ridiculously cumbersome. Now come to find out after ALL that we STILL don't even have the right amount of qualifying nights on our account! 2 nights? That's wrong too!! That should be 7! That needs to be fixed please. I just can't believe we had to visit the front desk for half the days we were there to get room keys that worked, reservations constantly updated, complain about water leaks in our room..... A little much guys... Especially for the price of the room per night :-/
