  88. No, that tactic as far as I know only matters for high-end fusing (i.e. when you can get lv30 units).

  152. It is easier to focus on getting good 2nd job version of buildings we have: ranger, elf lord and spear master.

  156. As for pumping your elf lord: lets say it has 230 total stats, then you want an archer/half-elf/spearman with 210-230 total stats to fuse it with.
