Each person submitting scores will fill out a ballot like this:

12 pts - Armenia
10 pts - Jamaica
8 pts - Somalia
7 pts - Turkmenistan
6 pts - Saudi Arabia

3 pts - Ethiopia
2 pts - Papua New Guinea
1 pts - Indonesia

Depending on whether they are a participating user (aka they submitted a song into the contest), non-participating user, or a member of the host committee, those scores will be added to a tally.
