Digimon: Deva War

	"Wait up, Michael", Daffney Elond yells. Michael Drake is rushing towards an internet cafe as Daffney tries to keep up with him. The two of them attend the same high school, and are both Freshman. Michael has red hair and is wearing a red t-shirt and black pants with and orange flame design. Daffney, as usual, is wearing a bright yellow shirt and a short pink skirt that barely touches the top of her knees. Daffney's friend Mimi is waiting for them at the internet cafe. Michael is a bit jealous of Mimi, as she possess a device called a "Digivice" that enables her to travel to another world whenever she wants to. Ironically, Mimi is friends with another boy named Michael, but according to her, he is currently out west filming a movie with his father, who happens to be a Hollywood movie star.

	When Michael and Daffney arrive at the Internet Cafe, Mimi is already there. The are only two other individuals in the cafe at this time, and Michael and Daffney recognize both of them: Dante Ember and Mavis Blight. The two of them are also freshman at the high school Michael and Daffney attend, and are rumored to be dating. Though, considering they both have jet-black hair and usually wear black outfits (as they are now), they look more like brother and sister than lovers. Michael and Daffney ignore the two of them for the moment and walk over to Mimi. Mimi seems to be having a video chat with a brunette man in a white robe. Michael thinks the man looks like some kind of priest.

	"Gennai has an offer for you", Mimi explains to Michael and Daffney. She motions to the man on her computer screen.

	"Michael Drake, I understand you are jealous of Mimi's Digivice", Gennai reveals, "How would you like one of your own?".

	"That would be great", Michael responds. Gennai backs up, revealing 4 Digivices laying on a table. the don't look like Mimi's Digivice, but Michael recognizes them as being the model of Digivice that Mimi's friends T.K. and Kari have.

	"Two of these Digivices are for you and Daffney. I had tasked Mimi with finding 4 American kids to become new Digidestined. She chose you cuz of how you liked her Digivice and she knew you'd jump at the chance to have your own. Daffney was already her friend, so her inclusion is a no-brainer. That leaves two more future Digidestined left to choose. I'll go on and send your 2 Digivices through the Digi-Gate", Gennai explains. As Gennai prepares the Digivices, Michael notices a red-haired man in Gennai's house, messing around on a laptop.

	"That's Izzy. He is part of the same Digidestined team as me", Mimi explains. Gennai tells Izzy to open the Digi-Port, which he does by holding his Digivice up to Gennai's computer. Right as the Digi-Port opens, a power surge occurs. a storm of wind and lightning sweeps through Gennai's house. All four Digivices are swept up and pulled into the screen of Gennai's computer and through the Digi-Port. Then, the screen goes blank.

	Michael Daffney, and Mimi see the chaos ensuing at Gennai's house. Then, four beams of light shoot out of the computer. Michael and Daffney each catch one of them. The computer screen goes blank, but a few minutes later, Gennai and Izzy reappear on it.

	"That freak storm knocked out Gennai's computer, but fortunately my laptop is still operational", Izzy explains.

	"During the storm, your Digivices were pulled through the Digi-Port, but so were the other 2 Digivices. You need to find out where the other 2 Digivices went, and who has them", Gennai explains.

	You mean these?", two voices ask. Dante and Mavis approach Michael, Daffney, and Mimi. They both have Digivices in their hands. Now that he can see all 4 of the new Digivices up close, Michael notices that, while each Digivice is mainly white, they each have a different-colored border. Michael's is turquoise, Daffney's is orange, Dante's is purple, and Mavis's is black. Gennai quickly explains everything to Dante and Mavis (explaining that the 3rd and 4th Digivices went to them because there were no others in the room that didn't have Digivices at the time), and they agree to become Digidestined as well. Michael, Daffney, Dante, Mavis, and Mimi hold their Digivices up to the computer screen and are transported into the Digital World.

	The five of them find themselves in the forest out beyond Gennai's house. Palmon runs up  to Mimi, leaving the four newcomers wondering where their partner Digimon are. Gennai explains that he "downloaded" their partner Digimon into their Digivices before he sent the Digivices to them. The new digidestined attempt to summon their Digimon from their Digivices, but nothing happens. A swooshing sound echoes throughout the forest and a trio of vampire-like Digimon appear.

	"Myotismon", Mimi points out, "three of them". She quickly Digivolves Palmon into Togemon and then into Lillymon. Izzy sends Tentomon to help, and Tentomon Digivolves to Kabuterimon and then MegaKabuterimon. MegaKabuterimon and Lillymon manage to destroy one of the Myotismon, but a second one grabs Michael while the third one fires a swarm of bats (an attack called Grizzly Wing) at the other 3 new Digidestined. As Michael struggles to escape the Myotismon's grasp, his Digivice begins glowing. Light surrounds Michael, forcing the Myotismon to drop him and step back. When the light dims, Michael has transformed into a humanoid dragon creatures with red-orange fur/scales.

	"Dragoniamon", Izzy identifies, "A champion-level Digimon. Its dragon-like in appearance, but not a Dramon-type Digimon". Gennai mentions that Michael's Digimon partner is KidDragoniamon, a rookie Digimon that digivolves into Dragoniamon. He reveals that Daffney's Rookie digimon partner is Cutemon, Dante's is Impmon, and Mavis's is Sparrowmon. The three of them Digivolve to their partners' Champion forms like Michael did. Daffney becomes Meicoomon, Dante becomes Baronmon, and Mavis becomes Thunderbirdmon. Dragoniamon turns around to face the Myotismon that had grabbed him before.

	"Dragon Embers", he yells. Dragoniamon fires a storm of embers from his mouth, setting the Myotismon on fire.

  	"Thunder Wing", Thunderbirdmon yells firing lightning bolts from its wings at the other remaining Myotismon.

	"Meicoo Slash", Meicoomon adds, slashing the Myotismon on fire and destroying it.
