Hell is a real place that exists.

In fact, Hell is a place that is is exponentially much larger than Earth. It is the culmination of all beings that have once lived. Much like on Earth, Hell has changed and evolved, both naturally (on its own) and artificially (change due to individuals or groups). As society has changed on Hell, society on Earth will follow suit.

Now, in it's current iteration, Hell is made up of many districts, of which do not differ variably in terms of wealth or quality. They do, however, vary greatly in size and environment, some similar to highly technological cities such as Seoul or Hong Kong, while some are closer to rural areas and wilderness, though still brimming with a population.
