  7. +cabadejo __ That "nuclear weapons are a hoax" is an appealing idea. Some basic reasons:

  11. 1. With such terrifying weapons it would be terrifying to think a terrorist group could gain access to them! I'm terrified at the thought!

  15. 2. How convenient that "Mutually Assured Destruction" ("MAD") has come about as a result. How convenient that it means these terrifying weapons would never be used! What is the real point of developing and building a weapon that can never be used?!

  19. 3. The term "nuclear capability" is a way for us to suddenly take a country more seriously. "They have developed nuclear capability" means that we should not think less of that country etc. Without such a benchmark it may take years of propaganda to achieve the same "seriousness" in our heads.

  23. In a similar way "space capability" would be the modern equivalent of "nuclear capability". Such as "China now has space capability" - so we know to take "China more seriously".

  27. 4. "Nuclear weapons" also gives our imagination a way to think of "genetic mutations" (in science fiction these "mutations" are hideous but beneficial! Psychic powers, invisibility, telekinesis, etc.!)

  31. 5. It is another example of a belief founded entirely on trust. And if you accept that belief then you are taking on a lot of FEAR. I remember as a child being worried about how the Earth could be blown up "several times over". Since I believed the claim (not knowing anything about "sufficient proof") it means I took on all that went with it. That is the classic definition of "belief controlled". I was belief controlled. With a belief in "nuclear weapons" I was powerless to resist what went with it.

  35. 6. In keeping with the lie system: The biggest *reality-based* fantasies captivates the most attention. The biggest but most realistic lies fascinates the most. It can inspire children to take "science" seriously. To believe that "science has all the answers" etc. Nuclear weapons seem to be most appealing to those with this "reality-based fetish"

  39. 7. It further causes fear about "nuclear fallout" and "nuclear winters" and so forth. This is surely population control (via belief control). This is all IMAGINED! There has never been a "nuclear winter" etc. But everyone is certain they know what it means and what it would be like.

  43. 8. The "mushroom cloud" would be necessary so that you don't fear ordinary clouds or bombs etc. Only "special bombs" cause that "special cloud".

  47. It hits too many "convenient things" for the lie system to be real! There's no "sufficient proof" for it except for old footage that in hindsight looks fake as crikey.

  51. But for me - it's the "Mutually Assured Destruction" ("MAD") "policy" that makes it grounds for doubting. How convenient that we will never see any sufficient proof.
