BACKGROUND: She's the youngest and only daughter of her small family. Her father and mother are busy so, she usually play with her older brother and her mom's bestfriend's daughter that only a year younger. Hyunmin grew close to the girl, Ara. They became bestfriend but, one day, Ara have to go abroad with her family. The worst happened, the plane crashed. Hyunmin lost her one and only friend. Years passed after that, but bad luck still got her. Her brother died in a car accident, right before he's going to receive his awards. You see, Hyunmin's older brother is a genius. Hyunjung had an IQ of 150, a world math champion, and his parents favorite child. This made Hyunmin grew under pressure of her parents expectations. One day, after being forced to an arranged marriage with the son of her father friend, she run away from her home.
PAST: Now, being the only daughter of the best lawyer in Korea, made Hyunmin stressed out. Her mother is also busy, running the biggest mall in Hongkong. She left Hyunmin and her husband to Hongkong. Hyunmin's father is the best lawyer in Korea, and of course very busy to the point where he will be home once a month or more, like her mother. HOW THEY MEET: She met him when she was moving her things to the new dorm. She held two boxes, she held one and put the other one on top of the first box. On the other direction, He was playing with his phone. He noticed Hyunmin who was struggling to carry the two big boxes and decided to help, so he took one box that had been covering Hyunmin's sight. Hyunmin got surprised that suddenly the box that had been blocking her eyes gone and in front of her stand a young man, holding one of her boxes with a smile. At first she shooed him off but, in the end she let him help her.
HER FIRST IMPRESSION OF HIM: She thought he is strange, weird, and annoying but, nice. A good listener and easy going.
HIS FIRST IMPRESSION OF HER: He thought she's cold and looked lonely, mysterious, afraid.
RELATIONSHIP FROM THE BEGINNING TO END:
At first Hyunmin doesn't really like him, and Taehyung doesn't really care. As the time passed, They became friends. Sometimes they bicker because Hyunmin think Taehyung is really annoying or Taehyung doesn't really like how silent Hyunmin is. Gradually, Hyunmin feels she can smile, laugh, and cry freely when she's with him.
