Why im leaving

I have been absent recently,

I haven't been working on SquadCraft or doing anything that you've been able to see..
This is because i'm quitting, my pay is appauling, work conditions are not good, communication with Surge is awful,
SquadCraft is dying and Surge won't give me console to let me save it.

Let's start with addressing the pay.
Based on what I used to work in hours I was being payed 0.2 an hour. (Less than slaves were paid(Yes slaves were paid if you didn't know))
That is abismal and I won't take so much work, stress and sacrificing my health for a server I don't get paid enough for.

Next is work conditions.
Factions is appauling, ddosing is everywhere...
And I have a confession, I am the person who brought ddosing to SquadCraft.
All of your broken routers, lost items and upset is because of me and I appologize for that.
Before yelling at me you need to know why I brought it to SquadCraft..
When I brought it the server was rampant with hackers, there were no mods and I wanted to get rid of hackers.
I found ddosing to be a useful form of this, I showed some people how, the faction MafiaCrew...
The original one, not the one Ryanrox was the leader of, the one Betterthenme was incharge of.
The people I showed used it incorrectly, they used it to win in PvP, some of our members betrayed
and went to the rival faction, VxS and showed them how to do it.
From then on ddosing was a thing in factions PvP, that is on me, I appologize.

Next is communication with Surge.
I can ask him a question and never get a reply but if I do get a reply it's roughly 2 or 3 days later
after I have dealt with the problem, that is why servers used to be down for so long, because surge didnt check skype fast
or even check the servers. He sat around playing darksouls 2 procrastinating, he took 3 months to clean his room for goodness sake
thats not acceptable and I can't work with that.

Now, SquadCraft dying and surge not giving me console.
Most people have seen that the server is dying, I often get the blame but quite simply I don't have console so there's nothing I can do,
Surge doesn't work fast enough or know what players want.
I do, and I could make you an amazing server if I had the ability too, I have on three seperate occasions written Surge a long paragraph
appealing for console, he told me that the server would burn within one day, cute considering I just spent a while working with Joshy and Goldstiltsken creating
my own server, i'm going to compare something about my server to SquadCraft, Squadcraft factions runs on 32 gb of ram.
my factions has 6gb of ram allocated to it and has never gone about 1250mb as of yet.
Skywars has been drastically improved due to Joshy doing a lump of the work on it and perfecting it, we've had mods
test it and it's pretty damn good.
That is all we're starting with for now but we will expand to kitpvp etc.
