Big changes in chat policy & abuse of the waifubot have lead to an overhaul in how chat conduct is accepted. ▤▤▤ The Waifubot is dead. Let us mourn together
Despite learning a lot from all the failure of the original itnentions of waifubot (detailed much further here @ ), all my core mods have agreed getting rid of the bot is best.

Chat was very well behaved last Thursday, and the bot not being present was likely a huge factor. Sorry I failed everyone and probably made chat a shithole for the last month or so.

.... Now that all the poverty casuals took the b8. Let me get to the real news!

Despite all my fuccboi mods thinking the bot is automatically shit, I always stressed that the bot was in beta. It was never final, and voting/ranking was a last minute addition that I was lazy about removing soon as I saw EMP's meme GT Vegeta winning all the polls.

I always felt that the bot could be an extension of a lurker's identity. Give them pride and spark spontaneous conversation in the most deliciously nerdy of flavours.

Quan, Bot Operations of my chat, is a motherfucking genius and thanks to all the data of what -doesn't- work to enhance chat, there's a big progression coming later this week, or maybe early next week at latest:

There'll be a Chrome Extension, like FFZ, that will be able to do a lot of what I wanted w/ the bot, except without cluttering chat. Once you set a wafiu, you bump your twitch e-penis a little bit, and get waifu badge added in-chat.

When you mouse over, all the !mywaifu stats present. Waifu pic (we're gonna have tighter regulation on display pic vs off-twitch gallery), origin series, type, follower since. All waifu setting is done totally off-chat.

Also enhancing lv100Weeaboo to have all functions from Quoteconut, so only 1 comfy bot does all of the work in chat.

There's more features blueprinted, but I don't wanna announce just yet in case we can't make them happen before EVO.

This is the countdown, I have 2 weeks to see what I can do. This is my last week to openly pursue Yoshi gains for a better PB.

After that, if I don't get a better time, I enter the crossroad of admitting I'm out of time and must begin SGDQ preparation w/ commentary outlining, commentary practice runs, and drilling 5-4 full-skip.

I'll be streaming as often as possible now that all PC problems are fixed and CRT audio is fixed.

July week 2 -- opening practice Yoshi for PB/WR
July week 3 -- SGDQ prepaation
July 10 -or- 14 -- FamilyMovieNight: Studio Ghibli tribute (detailed fully next newsletter)
July 16 -- Fly out to EVO
July 20-24 -- chill in Vegas to save costs for direct flight out to SGDQ
July 25 -- SGDQ Day 0
July 26- Aug 2 -- SGDQ
Aug 3/4th -- streams resume
