<color=#A77AE7><b>2.</b> No KOS (Kill On Sight) or Cuffkilling. You can kill with reason (EG visibly armed, ignoring orders). Surrendering Guards and MTF/CI can escape and should be cuffed where possible. Civilians can kill each other freely unless a Guard/MTF/CI is present. Try to cuff.</color>

<color=#AF72D7><b>3.</b> Racist, Discriminatory and Offensive behaviour & Content is strictly prohibited. We are here to have fun and be goofy.</color>
