  1. Decision making process, OODO loop and external influencing agents
  2. Looking at Julianne Galina presentation in regards to OODO loop, she have claimed that is possible to alter a decision making process through the creation of library of minds. Which includes the variation of captured recording during a creative thinking process of the mind.
  3. With the raise of technology such brain link, neural link or brain computer interface. It is possible that an influencing agents could alter such decision making process,. It could reorient the mind, emotions and behavior in such ways that is suitable for the Agency’s agenda. But currently there are agency that has put this tech to operational in global scale. Such technology is known in a level of secrecy of Special Access Program level 3. One of the technology owner that a system has been operational world wide are Directorate science and technology of the Central Intelligence Agency. With out dealing to much with ethics of the use of such technology.
  4. Using this technology one such actor could pursue its agenda, through reorienting OODO of many decision maker’s and create an unaltered force of resistance or power. Nevertheless, There are a lot of use that this technology could provide. For instances, for an intelligence agency this technology can be use to gain upfront strategic thinking process of many world leaders including the US President. Even could intercept such thinking process or even alter.
  5. With someone or some agents could access the mind of the peoples. Comes the enabler of IOT inside people brain, straightly speaking with these kind of control one such agents could tap through the vision cortex of the brain and see through the target eyes (what the target currently seeing). Could hear what the target is currently hearing by tapping through the auditory cortex of the brain. The technology is established enough that it could entirely control the body of the target. The motor, speech and hand or torso movement, one such agents could speak through the target mouth. By altering through mind to mind connection one agents could deliberately disable such target way to think independently those make such process harder. This technology can not be easily proofed without the use of contemporary future tech such as 5G or 6G antenna, since the delivery of such media is now using the frequency range of terahertz wave. But with a good well built faraday cage or USC-26 standard EMF testing room the signal which the technology (neural implant interface) operate can be rejected. The use of anti-radiation EMF suit is also recommended to avoid the effect of signals received by the brain. The assembled nano scale structure in the brain that acted as sensor’s, actuator and controller can be identified by the use scanning tunneling microscope, but this can not be done with non invasive ways. One method is to take a sample of such sample from a deceased person.
  6. The independency of one’s mind thinking process is a part of our freedom as human, if someone or someagents have the ability to alter such thinking process it has penetrated the basic of human rights. It gives way for such agents to rip out the freedom from such life’s. with more information that has been gained that this technology could end one such life. By intercepting and alter the autonomous nerve signal that control heart beat and respiratory system. Whilts the technology is deployed in global scale, the delivery through food media, and nano technology structure auto assembling in the brain. It can be a danger to existences of humanity as whole. This posses a greater risk in how human, we people would act and behave in the future.
