GoT S8 fanfic

Here's my proposed fix with my main problems with GoT season 8.
I don't really know what to do with Bran. I haven't read the books and don't know his resolution. Same for night King ending. It deserved something more.

Jon finds out he's egg from sam+bran together in a non-bs way. Jon tells Arya+Sansa with Bran that he's egg. Sansa tells Tyrion, Tyrion tells Varis. We have the scene with Tyrion saying you pick a person an you fight for them and Varis saying you have to fight for what's right before night King fight.
Night King fight happens but doesn't suck. I'm unsure of how to unsuck this because it sucked so much.

Post battle, we can still have most of the scenes we have. Varis is writing Jon Snow = egg on a paper, sealing it, giving it to a kid to take away. Enter Dani + grey worm and she asks what news there is. He gives some news about scouts saying the iron fleet having ballistae. Grey worm advises caution when going south to kings landing. Dani says dragons can't be killed by men. Varis is burning letters during this convo, Dani asks what he's burning and he says the scout reports. End scene.

Have the scene where Dani goes south with two dragons knowing the iron fleet is capable of shooting them down. The only ones that know are Dani, Varis, Grey Worm and unnamed scouts. One dragon goes down, Tyrion gets thrown around like mr magoo. Grey Worm tells Tyrion wow, Varis was right about the ballistae. Tyrion is flabbergasted that Dani knew and still flew headfirst into them. Have the scene where Missandei is killed and have Arya be there wearing someone's face, a random unsullied or something so she learns Cersei is pregnant when Tyrion says surrender for your baby.

Stuff happens, Dani asks Jorah to look through Varis' papers and stuff because he seemed suspicious. Jorah says spymasters are always seeming suspicious but does it for Dani. Varis accidentally left evidence records that Jon=egg there, Jorah finds it and tells Dani. Jon doesn't know Dani knows. Dani orders unsullied to stop all outgoing Ravens, they stop some but don't know how many were sent. None contain the Jon=egg info, Tyrion is reading them all to Dani and she says they're not what she's looking for and she says Varis has betrayed her with information that could destroy her. Tyrion makes a face. Cut. In daylight in front of winterfell Dani accuses Varis of sowing lies and discord and asks for last words. Tyrion mouths something from behind Dani that she can't see. Varis says "You're not the Targ that deserves the throne", Jon shifts uncomfortably.

We have the scene where Dani is sad and say she only has fear and asks Jon if he wants to be king. Jon says he'll marry Dani but doesn't want to rule. Dani doubts this and they have the loveless kiss. Jon suspects Dani knows.

Time skip, Tyrion says the kings landing bells mean surrender, please don't kill everyone. Dani says she will if that's that it takes, but okay. And then says the last time she heard the bells her father was killed and she and her brother were being snuck out of the city, she doesn't look forward to hearing the bells. Tyrion says well, this time bells will mean victory and that no one else has to die.

Cut and have the Jaime+Tyrion scene where he tells Jaime to get Cersei out and ring the bells. Arya and Hound are on their way in, guard stops them, same dialog from Arya+Hound, "I'm gonna kill the queen"+"Think about it". Guard says "You're crazy, the guards are on high alert, it'll take all night to get in." Cut.

We get overhead shots of kings landing. Hound says it took all night, you still up for this? Arya says of course. They get into red keep. Jaime is not far behind them but doesn't get in. Cut to Jaime on the beach, says good, the dinghy is here. Euron gets a death scene when Dani is burning all the ships now that she knows to be careful but there are still tense close calls. Maybe a few hit the dragon but none seriously wound it.

Dani+dragon land on a wall having destroyed all ballistae, she's smiling. Cersei retreats and the bells ring. Dani scowls and maybe verbalizes to the dragon let's pay the city back. Jon still sees his men sacking the city, but takes Davos or some other character aside and says something like we have to stop them, they surrendered and Davos or whoever can say it's no use. Jon begins trying to nonlethally fight his own men and is forced to kill at least a couple guys.

Cut to inside the red keep. Some narrow hall, Jaime fights off some guards, but barely. Hound+Arya meet Jaime, Hound asks what he's doing here, he says trying to get the woman he loves out safely. Hound says don't interfere with his revenge, exit Jaime. Arya tells hound she has something she needs to do, her list can wait, exit Arya. Cut to Cersei+mountain+Qyburn+2 guards in the map room or something that's not the stupid stairs. Hound says he only wants Gregor. Two guards rush Hound, he dispatches them. Mountain enrages and fights hound. Qyburn leads Cersei around the fighting and they meet Jaime. Jaime and Cersei hug, they're both happy. Cut back to Hound and Mountain fighting, it's a less stupid fight, there's no fire, Mountain is holding Hound up against a wall, Hound says "I see someone beat me to fucking up your face." Mountain tries to gouge out his eyes, Hound is able to stab him in the head enough to drop the mountain. Hound sits down, exhausted and says "You were the worst brother I could ever have" and cut back to Jaime+Cersei. Jaime tells Qyburn to get somewhere safe, the true king may want your counsel when this is all over. Exit Qyburn. Cersei says something like I missed you, let's escape. Jaime says there's a special place in hell for you and stabs her through the belly. With two real hands, Jaime begins to cut off Cersei's face.

Next episode. Cersei is sitting on the iron throne alone. Dani, Jon and Tyrion come in with a huge crowd. Dani says surrender. Cersei comes down, says that Dani shouldn't be queen, Jon is egg, truest heir. Jon looks to Dani and Dani is stonefaced. Jon starts to say "Dani,  please" but she cuts him off. And then Cersei says "Jon Snow is Egg, whateverth of his name, King of the realms of men. The crowd cheers Dani tries to get last dragon to breathe fire on the room, Jon tells dragon to not, dragon rallies behind Jon and Dani slumps to her knees. Cersei pulls her face off, revealing Arya and gives the crown to Jon. Crowd cheers again and cut to Jon apologizing to Dani in a room alone. Dani realizes she became her father and dies in some way. Probably suicide. Bronn tells Jon that Tyrion promised him highgarden. Jon says sure, whatever, he's got a big mess to clean up.
