  1. Barter System
  2.
  3. This is designed to let players begin with traits unique to their character. The Barter system provides bonuses or penalties to the player’s actions, granting them unique traits to live up to. Some of these bonuses (or penalties) can actually be earned in the dungeon.
  4. For every positive trait you must have a negative trait; this is done through points. The player must have a balance of 0 or more points in order to be acceptable. Certain characters gain a free trait, depending on the dm’s discretion.
  5.
  6. You cannot have a trait that contradicts the other. I.E Frail and Strong.
  7.
  8. Each character may have up to 4 traits, for the sake of my sanity.
  9.
  10. Positive Traits

  12. Strong: STRONK. You can hit things harder, carry more weight, etc etc. Having strong as a trait increases the height limit to 6’7. +4
  13.
  14. Mighty: Even stronger than the above. Mighty characters are pretty much muscle beasts, and can utilize weapons that aren’t meant to be
  15. carried by the average person. Having Mighty as a trait increases the height limit to 7 feet. +6

  17. Athletic: Your body is naturally faster, healthier, and overall better than the average person. You can handle tasks that require stamina much longer than most. +4
