  1. Greetings, my fellow Europeians. It is an absolute honour to stand before you all as your new Minister of World Assembly Affairs. We have seen this ministry transform from an institution that people doubted the necessity of into an institution that is making a tremendous impact on the World Assembly every single day. We are not just doing so because we can, we are doing so because we have a prerogative. Our prerogative, an absolute privilege exclusive to our WA Delegacy's 348 votes can turn tides in any resolution, whether it is a General Assembly or Security Council resolution, in the World Assembly. Furthermore, we have an important role in WALL with 348 votes making up a significant portion of our total amount of 1,785 votes awe currently speak.

  3. Our hardworking and intelligent workers in the Ministry that are reporting us on up and coming resolutions that could reach quorum, analyzing those resolutions, drafting such resolutions, and cooperation with our partners in WALL is absolutely necessary to our prerogative. We have a firm obligation to make our voice heard in the World Assembly and we can not do that without harnessing the strength and talents of every citizen we have which I shall be calling on all citizens, new and old, that are willing to dedicate their time and skills to further strengthen our commanding role in the World Assembly to do so. For this term, we have got to get to work and I have got an agenda for the term in order to do so.

  5. Our agenda for this term is to continue to craft IFVs for GA and SC proposals with constructive discussions, further encouraging members of the ministry to put in their efforts, and continuing with our allies in the WALL.
  6.
  7. We have seen a successful past term with drafting IFVs for GA and SC legislation but one of the issues we have seen is when it came to preparing to draft IFV for GA and SC proposals, we usually waited to do it when it came into the queue and predicted it would reach a quorum. Sometimes such legislation would be entered not very long before a minor or major and enough support would already be drummed up before then. Therefore, I will be dedicating a few of my JMs to looking at threads in the SC and GA forums on the NS website to analyze pieces of legislation that could have enough support to reach quorum if submitted. That way, if they are entered with enough support before a minor or major, they would already be able to provide us notes on the pros and cons of the piece of legislation.

  9. I plan on continuing the Delegate Ducky Points program to incentivize members of the ministry to continue their hard work for participating in debates and drafting IFVs but I am taking it up one step further. I am hoping to get to know you all much better and will personalize the Delegate Ducky Points program with the "Minister's Gift" addition. People that win the "First Prize" in each session of the Delegate Ducky Points program will receive a picture of Jeff Goldblum with my user signature on it. I am willing to do anything to help incentivize members of this ministry to help contribute with all they got.

  11. Also, the question of WALL has popped up on the campaign trail. People have raised questions about the number of regions in WALL and I can only say that the ministry is only concerned about staying true to the goals of WALL which are to promote close friendship with each other on the basis of shared ideals and to bolster our collective influence in the World Assembly. Other than that, we will continue to work with our partners in WALL under the consultation and directives of the President.

  13. We have seen an ever-increasing need to help modernize and improve our educational material for curious new citizens unfamiliar with the WA currently located in World Assembly 101. The current World Assembly 101 subforum host 20 different topics on aspects of the WA which is not just too many topics but also the topics themselves are incredibly long which is not the best way to craft educational material that should be friendly to newcomers. Plus, plenty of those lessons were drafted before the ruleset of the GA which leaves us with plenty of educational material that is outdated. My goal for this term on our educational program is to compact the still-relevant information of those 101 topics with new updated information into 10 topics or less plus with moving the World Assembly 101 subforum from Vinage World Assembly Drafting Headquarters into its own subforum of the main Ministry of World Assembly Affairs forum.

  15. I would like to announce that Moronist Decisions will be staying on as a Deputy due to his bountiful knowledge of the World Assembly which will be helpful in drafting IFVs and discussing resolutions. I will also like to announce that Murden will be continuing the Delegate Ducky Points Program with the newly added Minister's Gift Award as a Junior Minister.
  16.
  17. I am immensely honored to be leading the ministry this term and I can not wait to exercise our prerogative through exercising our evaluation of resolutions, supporting Europeian authors of WA resolutions, and educating our citizens. Thank you. May Nethel bless Europeia.
