I'm having trouble with this, any chance you can help? I have ImageMagick installed and added to the path, tested and that works. I've created a .reg file from this, added it to the registry and rebooted. When I right click on a HEIC file and select Convert > HEIC to JPG (keep original) it flashes a command prompt then does nothing. When I try the other one to remove the original it does delete the file but it doesn't create the JPG either. Any ideas on troubleshooting that?
