  4. Each spell charge regens every 10 seconds. The cooldown gets reduced by 1 second for every 125 ability power.

  9. This unit fires a bolt in a single direction. Upon colliding with a enemy champion or minion it deals 50/75/100/125/150 damage +0.5 ability power
  10. COSMIC: upon colliding with an enemy champion or minion the ball also explodes dealing 50/75/100/125/150 +0.6 ability power in an AOE radius

  14. Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds
  15. This unit marks an area beneath him for 5 seconds, empowering all spells he casts and granting 5/6/8/9/10% movement speed

  26. This unit empowers himself for 10 seconds, gaining 25/50/75% additional ability power based on his bonus ability power and marks an area for 5/7/9 seconds. Enemy champions and their projectiles are slowed for 50% (immobilizing effects and cast animations are extended by 50% as well)
  27. When the unit leaves the area early the effect will be cancelled early
