  7. We are currently completely out of blotters. We have 1g left of DS-1.0 crystal, which will be laid into 10,000 x 100ug blotters over the coming week, and then after that we will have nothing available until the new batch is completed.

  9. Before March is out we should finally have our new DS-2.0 crystal completed, with an improved flash chromatography purification used to achieve >99% purity. We are all very excited about this crystal, and we will be putting on a sale to promote it in the community.

  11. We have new artwork in the making, with sheets of 30x30 1/4 inch tabs, for a more old school look, and we will also be introducing 125ug, and 200ug tabs to our listings. The foundation our business is built on, is the desire to circumvent prohibition, which is flawed on every level, and give users the freedom of choice to experiment with whatever compounds they see fit. Prohibition only serves to criminalise the innocent recreational or experimental drug user, raise the price of pharmaceuticals for those who actually need them medically, and create a culture of crime and violence surrounding the drug trade. We do not believe in drug problems, or addiction, only human problems, which some people use drugs to escape from, or as a crutch to deal with. All drugs should be free and open for anyone to use, any crime in which drugs are involved should be judged on the basis of the crime committed, not the drugs held in possession, and any human problems such as addiction and abuse should be dealt with at the root, with help and counseling on an individual basis to uncover the psychological problems which lead to drug abuse in the first place. We cannot change the system we have been enslaved to, but we can provide an alternative, here, and now.

  94. Any messages regarding problems with existing orders must include: 1. The name of the listing in question, 2. The date of the order, 3. Shipping address (PGP encrypted), 4. Amount paid (in BTC and USD). This will help us to track down your order information and solve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  97. Please read the listings fully, and do your own research regarding the product you are interested in before asking any questions. We are very busy, and time spent answering questions to which the answer is already on our profile, is time wasted where we could be helping other customers.

  110. We require your full address, including postcode, and recipient, in order to process your order. We also require the real name of a CURRENT RESIDENT at the address. Mail carriers are REQUIRED to report fake names that they notice and may not even complete delivery. Mail carriers will NOT deliver a package in the name of a former resident, especially a non-letter / parcel.

  113. Please format your addresses correctly, as you would expect to see on a phone bill or bank statement. Capitalise every word, make sure to include line breaks, and regardless of whether it is a domestic or an international order, ALWAYS INCLUDE THE COUNTRY ON THE BOTTOM LINE. It might sound petty, but it really does waste a lot of time when we have a busy day and we have to go through and alter the addresses for every order. Please help us be more efficient so we can provide a better service for you.

  143. We ship orders once per day. Once an order is marked as shipped, this means it has been sent to the shipping department, and it will likely be sent out the same day, if not the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will likely not go out until the following Monday. Please be aware of this and understand that although we endeavour to send things out as quickly as possible, we do sometimes get busy and delays can happen.

We do this for the safety of not only our customers, but for ourselves as well.   149. We currently only ship domestically within the UK, and internationally to the EU. UK items will be sent with Royal Mail first class, no signature required, no tracking available. And EU items will be shipped with Royal Mail first class International, no signature required, no tracking available. Again this is for security reasons. Please check the shipping options and select whichever is appropriate for you.

  152. We never give a refund, only a % reship in case of a dispute arising, and it must be to a new delivery address for security purposes. All cases will be judged at our discretion, on a case by case basis, and all complaints resulting in a reship solution will be recorded. Any customers with a suspicious amount of multiple reship requests will be black-listed, and posted on the forum. We reserve the right to deny a reship if we feel that it is a repeated, suspicious, or unwarranted complaint. Please be aware of this and do not order if you feel that this is unfair. If the product is not to your satisfaction or you believe it to be not as listed, please do not hesitate to contact us and discuss your grievances. We will always do our best to help. Regarding “non-arrivals”, we have been doing this for a very long time and for LSD tabs, which are essentially just card, to simply not is basically unheard of. The police are not watching, customs do not check standard letters, Royal Mail does not flag addresses, and the postman doesn’t randomly steal your mail. When is the last time your phone bill or bank statement just disappeared? If, however, you genuinely have not received your item, we will of course investigate the matter with the shipping department in case we made a mistake or the address was incorrect. This does happen once in a blue moon, but basically just don’t try and take the piss, and don’t waste our time. We are very reasonable people who aim to resolve every issue with both parties coming out happy with the result, but we are not stupid. Our business can not run without building a strong customer base who trust us, and customer satisfaction is our number 2 priority, only below number 1, which is SAFETY.

  169. We accept only bitcoin payments. This has become the standard crypto currency implemented by dark markets, chosen for it's high level of anonymity. the market's payment system implements this, and we encourage customers to buy through their payment system.

  171. 5.B. Escrow
  172. The escrow service means that although your payment will have left your wallet upon placing the order, it will not be transferred from the market’s escrow wallet into our vendor wallet until the transaction has been finalised by you, the customer. This obviously poses a risk for customer and vendor, as the funds are being held in the market's wallet and cannot be accessed by either party, and in the event of the market going down permanently, the funds will be lost forever. Also, with bitcoin fluctuating with such volatility, the value of the payment may drop far below what we originally requested for the product while we are waiting for you to finalise the transaction and release the funds to us. We therefore, of course, would prefer direct payments via early finalisation wherever possible. With this said, we will accept orders using escrow for the time being, but we must stress that you need to finalise your orders as soon as possible after receiving your product, as failure to do this will result in greater risk on our part, and cash flow problems for us, thus delaying service for other customers, and damaging our business.

  174. 5.C. FE (Finalising Early)
  175. FE refers to the process of finalising an order early by clicking “Finalise” in the order control panel as soon as the order has been placed. As stated above, we very much appreciate FE's as it means that we will definitely receive the correct price for the item, there is no risk of us losing the payment all together if the market goes down, and it provides us with adequate cash flow to keep all our products in stock. So, with this in mind, please do FE whenever possible. When an order is finalised early, customers can still change their feedback and rating if they are for some reason unhappy with the order, and thus it is still very much in our interest to make sure our customers are happy with their purchases. Bad ratings mean we will lose business, so we definitely will resolve all customer issues to the best of our ability, as can be seen by our feedback comments. Obviously a degree of trust is required here, and we hope that as time goes on, and more and more customers go away happy with our service, that this trust will only increase. We are here for the long haul, and we aim to live up to our reputation and watch our business flourish.

  182. Product quality is very important to us. We will not send anything out unless it is exactly as described in the listing. All raws are produced in a professional lab environment, and NMR analysed for purity. We do our best to achieve highest possible purity, and remove as many contaminants and bi-products as possible.

  185. All product is weighed on 0.000g scales, and weighed slightly over weight to account for any discrepancies between sets of scales.

  188. Dosage information is included in all our listings. However, we implore customers to do their own research and further reading before taking anything bought from us. Also, upon first use of a substance, we recommend taking half the recommended dosage, just in case you happen to have a lower tolerance than the average individual.
