Bio: Serious-minded, goal-oriented, and a natural leader. Born in Sacramento to a pair of devout Mysterians, Carol is proud of her parents' faith, but never became as deeply invested in it herself. She graduated with distinction into the local police force, and after her psionic potential became apparent, multiple sources offered to bankroll her training in exchange for her loyalty. Already loyal to her duty, she performed her psionic training with the Sacramento police, and was afterwords recommended to the Judicator initiative. She passed her test as expected and began work as a Judicator across the Western states.

As a Judicator, she is known for a cool head in pressure and a commanding presence. She is nigh-legendary for her ability to seamlessly work alongside local law enforcement, and has received commendation for the sheer volume of times her assistance has allowed potentially violent situations to be resolved without casualty. When violence is forced, however, she has proven to be just as calm and efficient, favouring handguns and blades in most situations but relishing in any opportunity to “break out the museum piece”, the heirloom culverin she carries with her and maintains.
