Getting Paid for some Leg

[18:38] Kicking the door in with his one leg that remained, the bandaged Brother would have a fairly surprised look on his face, he either expected it to be locked or kicked it harder than he anticipated. Hobbling inside on two crutches, he would have the ever adorable Jade eyed Ookami behind him.

"Hello brothers.. Everyone else."

A short greeting as he reached for a satchel on his side, extending it to hades. "I got those herbs you wanted.. And.. We got the Leg you requested as well.. At a cost thought.. otherwise, things went.. Well."

He'd say, already anticipating the questions that would come his way, and choosing not to comment on the missing appendage.

"How are.. Things on your end?"

[18:40] Bea was, of course, probably trustworthy enough. She stuck with Hades' squad for long enough that she recognized snitching on any of these secrets was likely to backfire or leave her vulnerable more than it would benefit, and so she looked from Nepehle to Angel and back with only some mild curiosity.

"It's really something to have you guys here. There's lots about your magic I'd like to know." She took a step toward Angel and actually pointed a finger out, one that aimed to poke Angel on the forehead.

"Do you guys have people gearing you up or...?"

Bea spun around and waved to Revan upon entry, quick to close her mouth about all else.

[18:48] Apparently, today would just be the day Hades cut checks.

Coming off of Nephele's sizeable payday, Revan and Fenes arrive with the requested supplies and the tail of an axolotl from the Spirit Realm.

"Mother fucking Revan!" Hades twirls around and arrives before his oldest-younger sibling, wrapping both him and Valero up in a hug. He had forgotten what they were all talking about, temporarily.

"Do you know what we can do with this leg?! The Axolotl's are known for their regenerative properties. The ones in the SPIRITUAL REALM are protected by the wardens because that is amplified in them. Any part of them can be taken and examined and experimented on to create... to CREATE..."

Hades releases his brothers and zips over to Fenes, holding his arms outwards to catch her in an embrace, too.

"Alright, alright. Fuck yeah. Let me get you guys your reward for it." He squeezes the hug for no apparent reason, then releases her too to step towards the door.

"Angel, everyone. We'll be riiiight back. Don't go anywhere."

[18:49] Nephele looks off to the side. His excitement was understandable yet confusing.

"Alright."

[18:50] Fenes Fenes would only stay silent for the moment, getting squeezed in a hug of an overly excited Hades. She patted his back a few times, blinking.

[18:50] Fenes says, "R-right..."
[18:50] Oh fuck.

Hades was RATHER excited now, wasn't he? To the point that he quite literally dropped whatever they were talking about before at Revan's sudden announcement.

The next thing he knew, he was being hugged.

"I." He starts, before blinking a few times, before sighing, his claw-like hands would move to hug his brother back, before he was eventually released. If it was anyone else hugging him, he might've spazzed out like he usually did, but... Eh.

It was fine.

"Right... Yeah, have fun."

He'd take a few steps back to lean up against the nearby wall.

"See ya' in a bit."

[18:50] Valero Task says, "Aaaand I'm red again."
[18:55] Entering the headquarters of his brother, Revan expected to see a few faces, but none he actually recognized, save for his brothers and Bea. Though he cared not whatever business they were dealing with at the moment- Okay, maybe he was just a bit curious.

Seeing Hades' excitement would bring a smile to the stoic visage of the bandaged brother. "That is exceptional news.. If you need help with that examination, you know I am willing to help.. I imagine our energy magic would be able to uncover a lot about it's properties."

Revan would say before being pulled into a hug, offering a single pat before nodding and following his brother to another location.

Witnessing the exchange of reagents and goods that his brother was hoarding, Revan would quirk a brow.

"Quite the collection you're amassing."

[19:01] The grin on Hades' face doesn't falter for a moment.

It WAS quite the collection, wasn't it? Items obtained from journeys to various realms and lands. From slaying various enemies and being rewarded by allies along the way.

They were on to something big.

"Soon. The renaissance of innovation and true art through our crafts will be coming VERY soon. But in the mean time? Let's get you guys paid."

He punches through a board in the wall and retracts several large sacks of coins, only to put THOSE back and roll the carpet back and reveal bigger ones.

Eventually, he forks over a sum to Revan and wipes his smile into a smirk.

"Tweleve thousand large. Should be enough to cover things. But there's definitely more where that came from, as long as you can give me rare materials in return." He nods a few times, then adds, "Speaking of - I heard you've taken up alchemy too, Fenes? Maybe you could help me when it comes time to actually brew with these."

[19:01] {Item} Picked up a bag of 12000 dropped by Fenes.
[19:07] Fenes would stand idly in wait, only hoping that the payment for what they had gotten here would be enough to take her mind of the injuries they had sustained during this expedition. She didn't actually expect to be talked to at all, her eyes would Only look towards the large coin back as her ears perked up for a moment, before her head turned towards hades as she heard her name.

"Uh? Yeah, yeah. I picked up Alchemy. I know how to brew stuff." she gave him a warm smile. Tilting her head to the side when hearing she could help him brew whatever he was planning to do- It was called Persephone, right? She couldn't remember exactly.

"To actually brew them? Hmnh… I'll think about it, it could be nice knowing about it. And if giving my help gives a bit more coin for us, for the guild... Well, it's good. Hm-mnh." she gave a shrug, her eyes looking towards the coin bag, smiling at the amount given. Good enough for what they had gone through.

Especially the dancing.

"In any case hope what you're doing is going to be successful."

[19:09] Hades Task says, "Mhmm."

[19:14] Hades Task says, "I'll tell you another time. Don't wanna keep them waiting."
[19:14] Fenes says, "Um, sure"
[19:15] A Renaissance of Innovation, eh?

Sound just like something the prodigal son of Dun would proclaim, though it wouldn't make the faint smile on his brother's face fade. Surely with all of those artifacts he was collecting would amount to many, many wonderful things. Upon the bag of coins being offered, his brows would raise. Twelve thousand?

".. This is most acceptable, Brother.. Should you need any other reagents, or artifacts fetched, The Dragon's Tooth will be happy to collect them in your stead."

He had lost a leg, though he seemed to be in good spirits about it all, it seemed he was learning some lesson in spite of how debilitating it was. When mention of more rare materials being mentioned, Revan would hum.

"I.. Have a piece of the Meteorite that the witches tried to crash into Esshar.. I'm sure you could find some use for that.. As well as some Dragon's teeth.. But.. I am collecting those for a project of my own." He would share with a smirk before the conversation would shift to Fenes, and the possible working together on alchemical projects.

"It would be nice for our two groups to work together more.. I know I keep saying I will visit more.. But I mean it, Brother.. In times like these, we must stick together.. More than ever. Nothing can stand in our way when the Three Task Triplets put their might together."
