  1. Back in January, when Russia had the biggest wave of political demonstrations in an extremely long time (since the so-called Bolotnaya protests in 2011) due to the arrest of opposition Navalny after his attempted poisoning along with a corruption scandal about Putin's unlisted property and the continuous rapid economic decline since 2014 made even worse by COVID, there was a young Chechen male recorded who was spotted helping protesters fight riot police in Moscow. This event was widely popularized, and in response to this, the Speaker of the Chechen Parliament had this epic chimp out sent out in Chechen on social media. I have taken the liberty of translating it for your enjoyment.

  4. "As-salamu alaykum, friends. As we all know, the devils are walking in Moscow and around the country hosting political demonstrations. These demonstrators are lobbying for laws that will allow men to marry each other. They like these laws, and they want these laws to be accepted in this government. We don't like these things. We will never allow it.

  6. We've all seen on social media how a Chechen kid was swinging his fists at government workers. What you've done is a crime — whether that was you or someone else. Because people like Navalny, that say that a man can marry another man aren't needed here and never will be. We spoke with your father, if you don't share this position, and instead share the position of a true Chechen and a Muslim, you will DM us or contact me and my friends.
  7.
  8. We know everyone, we spoke with your friends from Moscow Government University and your various acquaintances. They say that you're a good kid. Your father says you don't share the views of the protesters.
  9.
  10. If you share their views, you shouldn't run from anyone, you should follow along with them. We know how to deal with you and people like you. But if you don't, Ramzan-haji [Kadyrov], our Padishah, has said that he will help you out with the law as soon as you show up.
  11.
  12. We can't find you, we've been searching for you since yesterday. If you contact us or show up some other way, we'll help you deal with the government. Best wishes."
