Okay...
So Lefaye,
This "Meeting" with Lisa at 5PM on Thursday is making me anxious.
My name is crossed off the schedule..
I feel like for some reason I'm on thin ice that I never put myself on.
This is going to be a long story so just hang in there.
Let me start with Isabella and Matthew.
If you haven't already heard from Mary or anyone else here is the story,
Not this weekend, but last weekend on Cynthia's shift I was working up-front. Isabella was on break and Matthew T was going on break. He had 2 TRAYS. Not plates, 2 trays of food. I told Cynthia and she basically went out there and told Matthew he had too much food and that I was the one who "brought it to her attention" in doing so Cynthia pretty much threw me under the bus. Now why is this important, 10-15 mins later Cynthia told me to go take a broom and dustpan out to the lobby and sweep up the crumbs, so I did. I always do my job, ask any of the shift managers.Anyways as I was sweeping Mathew was rather upset about me snitching that I told on him so his words were "I can't wait until you get fired" he said this when I was 3-4 tables away. Intrigued I said "Fired for what, I haven't done anything wrong" his response was "Oh yes you have, what about those girls I hear you've been touching" now, let's pause here for a second. I haven't touched anyone, you and I both know Lefaye if that was to be the truth there would be a time, place and CAMERA RECORDING IT ALL plus a "victim". I have a girlfriend for god's sake, I'm not going to ruin my relationship with her that I've had since 2015. These rumors of me touching anyone aren't true. Again, no time, places or people.. Just he said she said this. Now back to the conversation at the table, I told Matt pretty much exactly what I told you, I was like who'd I touch then, when, where, how? He didn't have any response for a short while then Matt said he would "Beat my ass in the parking lot after work. (When we closed)" I told him "That's not going to happen because I don't want to loose my job." He called me a Pussy then Isabella chimed in and said "Hell even I could beat his ass." I told Isabella, "Look here's the deal. You want to slap me for that's fine, I won't do a thing to fight back but the instant you come at me with a closed fist, I'll treat you the same way I'll treat Matthew if he tries to fight with me in the parking lot and if you come pat me I'll slam you on the concrete Bitch."
All of this was said in the lobby, but don't worry no customers were in the lobby at that time.
Basically, this drove a wedge in between us three co-workers.
Now, Isabella, with her big mouth, not only is good at spreading rumors but is also good at announcing that she's had a "confidential meeting" with you.
Now I suspect that meeting was about me, all the more leading to me being upset about the possibility of loosing my job.
I don't touch anyone, I tell you or a shift manager when rules are being broken (when Tyler stole food and when Matt took 2 trays of food), I DO MY JOB, Elizabeth has told me multiple times that she appreciates that whenever she asks me to do something I do it, unlike other employees.
I am just a honest to god teenage Christian who doesn't want to fight with anyone and doesn't want to loose his job.
I just don't want to be fired on Thursday.
Just please be straight forward and tell me what's actually going to happen on Thursday, why is my name crossed off the schedule?
