- Caiside’s Introduction recieved interruption not from Xal, but from a third party. It surprised him, to think that he was never alone to begin with… Had they been there all this time?
- Axanth’s method with words proved far from awing; It was rewarded only with the cringe of his brow- Obvious distaste already taking shape, all under his mask.
- Even without much flesh showing, it was judged as an old man. What brought the teen to such audacity to proclaim such was beyond understanding for Xal, yet oddy enough, he let it slide. Perhaps, it was the compliment shortly afterwards?
- He could feel the heat from where he stood, and he recognized it’s radiance. Blindness has brought him to rely on other senses, alongside with a sixth sense; Such a capability that had proven only passive until now. He could see -very- faintly, but only the raw abundance of mana casted off from the flaming aura cascading from Axanth’s form.
- The extra light gave a dim glow upon his chest, Yokai-flesh tethered to his body to form a ripped, leathered abdomen. Burned, Stabbed, Scabbed, and hardened with time- This armor had now proven to be his second layer of skin, rather than armor to his leisure. Upon his arms, a metal without a name to be placed upon it encased his flesh. It worked like an armor, however, as protective as it was- It manifested it’s own unique mana circuit, much like it’s own living entity. To those with remote sensing capability, it could be felt much like three presences sharing a single body. One circuit for each gauntlet, abided to the command of the occultistic caster whom radiated it’s depraved energy at a constant rate.
- "For one with such anger, you lack proper mannerism... In this scenario, it matters not... I have no name, from what I've come to know... Some have learned to simply call me 'Xal'."
- (Xal)
- Caiside was looking forward to the possible counteranswer from Xal. The boy was extremely curious as to the man's origins, if a bit disconcerted due to his lack of eyes. Almost comically, Xal's mask seemed to match the shade of white one might expect to find in the whites of someone's eyeballs... It was as if the man was compensating. Whether this was intentional or accidental was unknown, though the latter was more likely given Xal's apparent inability to view colors.
- Suddenly, however, an annoying boy that matched Caiside in age burst out of what seemed to be nowhere, although his entrance was much more tame than the white-haired teen saw it. Regardless, Axanth continued on with his introduction, requesting that the eldest and unknowing Haruke as well as the younger teach him about... Strength? Strength, an attribute one might gain from physical prowess, not teachings... Curious. Caiside brushed off the fellow and returned his focus to Xal.
- "What happened to your eyes, then, Xal?

- "....My eyes?"
- He brought his right hand to his mask, softly caressing as best he could with metallic layering over around his fingers, tapping against the solid material at the indent for the eye slot.
- “....I don’t know… Child.” He responded in his general direction. He couldn’t quite feel anything from him, and thus sensed absolutely nothing. The sixth sense shown only more reasoning as to why it wasn’t a dependable sense when paired up with the other four remaining.
- “...I simply recall awakening with eyes, yet the memory of embracing such imagery of the setting around me haunts me on a basis.” His hand fell to his side, “I never remember being capable of sight, simply a time when I had seen. “ Xal’s voice, could be easily traceable to the likes of another persona. Not merely his voicing, but also his physical structure and behavior seemed to mirror the likes of Senju perfectly.
- A mild pause ensued, and the magnus turned slightly in the direction of the other presence that oddly vanished. He couldn’t feel their close presence anymore- Perhaps they ran off? Were they still there, with their mana surpressed? Xal wasn’t intending on finding out, for the teenager waged no true value to him.

- With little warning, all emotion dropped from Caiside's face of forced contentness. No longer did the fear of those darkened eyes haunt the boy's thoughts, no. Rather, a familiar voice... It panged around within Caiside's presently emptied skull, taking a good few seconds to completely register. Snippets of reminiscence flooded back into reality and coagulated to form a mess of jumbled and not-yet-cognitive thoughts.
- "Y-You're... Senju? Ho! Man, this is surprising! Where have you been, and why don't you remember anything?", Caiside shouted, unaware of his own possible callousness. Such was the case most of the time, though in this particular situation, the teen seemed... Uneasy, as if nervous, as if he had seen a ghost. It was true that Senju, now known as Xal or Xalvador, had vanished a long time previous. This occurance was relatively significant in Caiside's life, considering how the boy viewed Senju as a close brother and/or relative.
- For something close to the third time now, emotion took hold of the lightning magi's thoughts, steering him awry from his common goal of apathic conversations and battling.
