and someone who sided with Lucifer, u would think would have more of a deranged sense of justice at the very least, so you could try working that into him. The "the villain never sees themself as a villain" trope

But he's been living in this place where nothing but horrible things happen 24/7 and Lucifer himself is incredibly toxic & someone he still most likely works heavily with considering he has "prince" status. Not only that but Blitzo is still using the magic that Stolas has allowed him to have to murder people without description, if he's turning a blind eye to that or is okay with that, that too could be added to his description.  No amount of acting kind to imps or his fellow demon won't change the fact he's psychopathic & unstable, which would def add more def to his situation than just saying 'oh well he sided with lucifer, nothing else.'

What I don't get is why you're giving me critique when I didn't ask for it? I'm aware of how Hell works and who my muse is surrounded by but I didn't say he would get redeemed or is trying to redeem anyone since that's what Charlie is trying to do? I just stated my muse is au. I didn't ask for any critique considering that I'm still in the midst of figuring him out and I just want to write what I can at the moment.

No I'm not offended. I just feel bad that it seems that I can't provide for what you'd like my muse to be.
And right now I'm just not comfortable writing a canon Stolas.
I just went through an abusive mental relationship.
It was funny the way he talked to Blitzo, but at the same time it rubbed me off the wrong way cause he sexually threatened Blitzo.
So I just decided to portray Stolas the way I've been portraying him prior to the pilot which is what the Ars Goetia lore is: he's a teacher. He's good natured but it doesn't necessarily mean he's a good person all throughout.

Well in our thread, Katie's purpose interviewing him is to find out dirt. Since he's not in a situation where he's cheating on his wife, and isn't involved in political murders or scandal, what about him is there that she can find out that is in bad light?
