If the Trans-Pecos Pipeline is "safe" then what is Dallas TX natural gas pipeline billionaire Kelcy Warren's Energy Transfer Partners preparing these West Texas Rio Grande Big Bend Region first responders for? Who is paying to prepare these first responders? Who will pay for their response(s) when the inevitable happens? And should first responders be the only "attendees" at this federally-mandated, cost-externalizing, responsibility-shifting and liability-limiting ETP propaganda indoctrination presentation on 5 April 2017 in Alpine Texas?

  11. On April 5th, 2017 Brewster County Office of Emergency Management along with Energy Transfer will be hosting two presentations for Law Enforcement, Firefighter and first responders who may respond to Pipeline Emergencies.

  13. The presentations are schedule for 10 a.m., April 5th and 6 p.m., April 5th both will be held at the Sul Ross Law Enforcement Academy Classroom. (Classroom number is Morelock Academic Building (MAB) Room 202.) Each
  14. presentation will last approximately 2 hours.
