  26. [4:57 PM] InsertUsernameHere: yep

  529. [2:07 AM] Milk: Polish Rations Register: All persons must register their full name and identify themselves and their families in order to get rations. This registry shall be supervised by the MGB in cooperation with the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland and the occupying Soviet Army. and shall not discount any persons living or serving within Poland.
  530. This is to go in conjunction with two programs; “The Campaign for Socialist Dissidents,” and the “Polish Young Communist league.”
  531.
  532. “The Campaign for Socialist Dissidents,” shall work twofold; Firstly, by encouraging citizens not to communicate with or foster dissidents, and secondly, rewarding those who expose any network that might foster anti-revolutionary tendencies. A reward of $7.50 shall be paid out to reporters who can evidence their claim and a reward of $2.50 per suspicion. The results of this campaign will then be analysed against the Polish Rations Registry, where a network of known subversives will be constructed. Once this information is consolidated the individuals will then be apprehended and tried.

  627. [3:08 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: 7 or 8
  628. [3:08 AM] Milk: 8 me thinks
  629. [3:08 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: 8, yes. I was banned in 7
  630. [3:08 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: came here in 6.
  631. [3:08 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: we're in 8
  632. [3:08 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON When I say dont repeat that season
  633. [3:08 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: I mean directly
  634. [3:08 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: oh right you were
  635. [3:08 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Do not end the war.
  636. [3:09 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Aaaaaah
  637. [3:09 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: okay
  638. [3:09 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: sure
  639. [3:09 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: I had left by the time that happened so yeah
  640. [3:09 AM] Milk: just stick to history Ry Ry
  641. NEW MESSAGES
  642. [3:09 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: The only victory the Communist Party can see in East Asia is a PRC victory.
  643. [3:09 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: If you do a stalemate you'll fuck up the Vietnam War.
  644. [3:09 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Liek I told you before
  645. NEW MESSAGES
  646. [3:10 AM] Milk: also if you need help coordinate and communicate with us here
  647. [3:10 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: The only way a Communist Vietnam can thrive is if it borders a Communist China
  648. [3:10 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: yeah, absolutely.
  649. [3:10 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: You're going against ComradeMoose
  650. [3:10 AM] Milk: Comrademoose and sovietstorm are both very competent
  651. [3:10 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: exactly.
  652. [3:10 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Don't be afraid to ask for help
  653. [3:10 AM] Milk: Use us cause we're pretty competent too
  654. [3:10 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: and if you want a repeat of the 6th season in which I take all of Hainan and South Chinese Communists to train them
  655. [3:11 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: don't turn your back on me like last time
  656. [3:11 AM] Milk: kek
  657. [3:11 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: No really
  658. [3:11 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: You fucked me up internationally
  659. [3:12 AM] Milk: eh it's in the past
  660. [3:12 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: No no I know I'm just telling him
  661. [3:12 AM] Milk: we march forward together comrades
  662. [3:12 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: ComradeMoose is under the impression you want a stalemate. Doing that will ruin me bud
  663. [3:12 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: We March Forward Together
  664. [3:12 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: The Only Peace is at the end of a bayonet.
  665. [3:12 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: I was thinking just do a lot of setup for a joint government
  666. [3:13 AM] Milk: it would never work
  667. [3:13 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: like three posts about peace for one about preparation for war
  668. [3:13 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: You'll lose Indochinese backing if you ever do that
  669. NEW MESSAGES
  670. [3:13 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Of all 3 nations
  671. [3:13 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: but just prepare for war tbh
  672. [3:13 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia
  673. [3:13 AM] Milk: I mean alt history
  674. [3:13 AM] Milk: it's interesting
  675. [3:13 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: True, but the KMT would ultimately overthrow you
  676. [3:13 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: and it'll just delay the inevitable war
  677. [3:13 AM] Milk: thats true too ^^^
  678. [3:13 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: There needs to be a war and there needs to be 1 victor.
  679. [3:13 AM] Milk: you'd see a great purge the likes of stalin
  680. [3:14 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Understood.
  681. [3:14 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Again
  682. NEW MESSAGES
  683. [3:14 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Please, don't be afraid to ask for help.
  684.
  685.
  686.
  687. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  688.
  689. [3:14 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: I didn't offer my services last time other than to train your men and send them back but I can help you this time okay?
  690. [3:14 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Yeah sure
  691. [3:14 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: i n t e r n a t i o n a l i s m
  692. [3:15 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Like in what way?
  693. [3:15 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Military Advice, Propaganda Advice
  694. [3:15 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: I mean you'll be fighting the French no?
  695. [3:15 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Ahhhh
  696. [3:15 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Yeah.
  697. [3:15 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: That way
  698. [3:15 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: sure
  699. [3:15 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: and rn I can't help you too well off the start
  700. [3:15 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Plus I know like 100000% more now than season six
  701. [3:15 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: since the RoC has 200k forces in Northern Indochina
  702. [3:15 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: but give it some time and they may get off my border
  703. [3:15 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Yeah sure imperialist oppressors and their western puppets and such
  704. [3:16 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: I'll try and get him to keep them there as long as possible to draw men away from a CPC breakthrough in the North China Plain
  705. [3:16 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: plus try and encircle the troops that have been airdropped into Manchuria
  706. [3:16 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: If I could seize part of the railway then supplies to Mukden (or maybe it is Harbin) would stop and it would only be a matter of time
  707. [3:16 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Who is the USSR?
  708. [3:17 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Milk is that you?
  709. NEW MESSAGES
  710. [3:17 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Plus if land reform in Manchuria proves successful then the KMT troops would probably just mutiny
  711. [3:17 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: I was hoping the USSR would help you because I have a strong feeling the US will offer more support
  712. [3:17 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: yeah
  713. [3:17 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: when there's a player...
  714. [3:18 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: also I feel you shouldn't give away North Korea because we have no player and it'll just be a dead role
  715. [3:18 AM] Milk: I am indeed the USSR
  716. [3:18 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: help RyRy because the US will most likely offer more support than they did before.
  717. NEW MESSAGES
  718. [3:18 AM] Milk: I'll give him as much assistance as he needs
  719. [3:19 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Soldierly?
  720. NEW MESSAGES
  721. [3:19 AM] Milk: if we can come to some agreement on East Turkestan
  722. [3:19 AM] Milk: no I can't intervene
  723. [3:19 AM] Milk: that would judt prompt the US to do the same
  724. [3:19 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: actually.
  725. [3:20 AM] Milk: @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON can we reach an agreement on East Turkestan
  726. [3:21 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON is there any chance that the 600k Communists in South China can be sent to Vietnam?
  727. [3:21 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: It's more so that I can use them to win the war.
  728. [3:21 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: and don't forget child soldiers are your friends.
  729. [3:22 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: tbh the lack of a native gov. in Vietnam means that your guerrilla war can go on forever, I would probably need those troops. But if it looks like they're going to be surrounded or captured then definitely they'll go to Vietnam, if only to continue to fight in China from there. The KMT is pretty formidable rn and help Vietnam not much of an option before their surrender.
  730. [3:22 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: because I mean I can probably convince ComradeMoose to do as 1tobedoneX did
  731. [3:22 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: But after sure
  732. [3:22 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: What did he do again?
  733. [3:23 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: The ceding of Northern Indochina?
  734. [3:23 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Oh, well you gave me control of all South Chinese soldiers (600k) and I brought them to Vietnam to be trained
  735. [3:23 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: I trained them and I sent them back but only this time I'll train them and use them to fight France
  736.
  737.
  738.
  739.
  740. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  741.
  742. [3:23 AM] Milk: so @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON East turkestan?
  743. NEW MESSAGES
  744. [3:24 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: and once I win against France, then you can go off and bring them back to the KMT.
  745. [3:24 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: @Milk tbh I don't see what agreement there is to be made, even IRL the USSR knew that East Turkestan would become Chinese. What did you have in mind?
  746. [3:25 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: France is def gonna retreat sometime soon though, I don't mean to sound selfish but a CPC victory in the Civil War is much less certain than France retreating from Vietnam. The RoC has a player, and as such the mods will probably rather have a North-South Split rather than one side winning to the extent of IRL
  747. [3:27 AM] Milk: that doesn't neccessarily have to happen @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON
  748. [3:28 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: I don't see the advantage the USSR gets from keeping a little republic there
  749. [3:29 AM] Milk: I mean I'd be looking to integrate it
  750. [3:30 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Kinda against everything Stalin wrote about China
  751. [3:30 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Which he said needed its full independence
  752. [3:30 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: i'm not gonna be a dick and demand you get out of Mongolia or anything
  753. [3:30 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: But I think it's understandably unjustifiable to annex it
  754. [3:30 AM] Milk: this is if you lose the CCW btw
  755. [3:30 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: oooooooh
  756. [3:30 AM] Milk: just to be clear
  757. [3:31 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: ooooooooooooooooooh
  758. [3:31 AM] Polan Stronk: Poland has not yet perished!
  759. [3:31 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Well in that case maybe it would depend on the context
  760. [3:31 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: @Polan Stronk just be communist boi
  761. [3:32 AM] Polan Stronk: I've accepted my fate as @Glad1us/Czechoslovakia and @InsertUsernameHere 's bitch
  762. [3:32 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: well i mean
  763. [3:32 AM] Polan Stronk: I mean @Milk
  764. [3:32 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: if you lose China Mongolia will be independent
  765. [3:32 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: ComradeMoose may give them independence for bonus points w/ the Mongolians
  766. [3:33 AM] Milk: Mongolia is my puppet
  767. [3:33 AM] Milk: do you mean outer mongolia?
  768. [3:33 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Yeah if I lose China I'm tbh kinda irrelevant for at least a few years
  769. [3:33 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: yes, outer mongolia
  770. [3:33 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: if you lose china you could always go to North Korea
  771. [3:33 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: unite the koreas?
  772. [3:33 AM] Polan Stronk: Yo @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON can I help you any?
  773. [3:33 AM] Milk: outer mongolia is my puppet tho not @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON
  774. [3:33 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: I mean how could you? Of course I'd want help
  775. [3:34 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: No no I meant more that ComradeMoose
  776. [3:34 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: during the war
  777. [3:34 AM] Polan Stronk: Polish equipment
  778. [3:34 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: will fight for its independence as well
  779. [3:34 AM] Polan Stronk: Plenty of spares from WW2
  780. [3:34 AM] Polan Stronk: Both German and Soviet
  781. [3:34 AM] Milk: If he invades mongolia it's all out war
  782. [3:34 AM] Milk: I don't think he'd do that
  783. [3:34 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Hey @Milk Basically once it looks like China is about to go into Civil War you should say "oh no the barbarism of Chiang's government in unacceptable we must instead go with the CPC
  784. [3:35 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Or at least do so secretly
  785. [3:35 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: wait will you send troops into China? @Milk
  786. [3:35 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Basically can we have your Great Patriotic War surplus?
  787. [3:35 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Polan Stronk and i could use some german guns
  788. NEW MESSAGES
  789. [3:35 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Now many 1942 anti-tank guns are you willing to give? Because that would help s o m u c h
  790. [3:36 AM] Milk: I would not sent troops into china proper
  791. [3:36 AM] Polan Stronk: Sure I'll find some German engineers and fire up the factories
  792. [3:36 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: The Kuomintang's advantages are numbers and equipment, numbers will come as we start winning, but equipment would be s o g o od
  793. [3:36 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Also
  794. [3:36 AM] Milk: I would however if comrademoose invaded mongolia
  795. [3:36 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: This was an issue last year
  796. NEW MESSAGES
  797. [3:36 AM] Polan Stronk: For both of you @Gaffer/N. Vietnam @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON
  798. [3:36 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Milk will you send me advisers in northern vietnam to train me?
  799. [3:36 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Polan Stronk fucking love you
  800. [3:36 AM] Milk: of course
  801. [3:36 AM] Polan Stronk: G41 equal shit
  802. [3:36 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: if you cant send me troops that is
  803. NEW MESSAGES
  804. [3:37 AM] Polan Stronk: G43 and MG42 are better
  805. [3:37 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Polan Stronk can you give me some grenades or StG's?
  806. [3:37 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: hell even MG-30s will work
  807. [3:37 AM] Polan Stronk: Just might slow the cyclic rate on the MG42
  808. [3:37 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Could you like first post stop the seizure of Japanese-built industry in Manchuria and instead let the CPC seize it for its war? IRL the USSR took the industry as "payment" for liberating China, but tbh if you stopped it it would probably have no economic repercussions for you and would be an incredible boost for me. @Milk
  809. [3:37 AM] Polan Stronk: StG are overrated, wait for more plentiful rifles
  810. [3:38 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: yeah, i can wait for the AK-47s
  811. 3:38 AM] Milk: I think it would have pretty severe reprecussions economically for me
  812. [3:38 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: in fairness, yeah it would ^
  813. [3:38 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: it'd make USSR eat the suck for its eastern industries
  814. [3:38 AM] Polan Stronk: I do like the potato masher grenades tho, something about throwing a stick with a bomb attached to it just appeals to me
  815. [3:38 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Polan Stronk OH
  816. [3:38 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: BOUNCING BETTIES
  817. [3:39 AM] Polan Stronk: Yus
  818. [3:39 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: i need as many german mines and explosives you can get
  819. [3:39 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Milk same to you please
  820. [3:39 AM] Glad1us/Czechoslovakia: I reckon I should be able to find something to send from the Sudetenlands
  821. NEW MESSAGES
  822. [3:39 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: thank you it'd be awesome if you could
  823. [3:39 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: aight fine but taking that industry is basically why the CPC didn't have guns except for the captured Japanese ones for the first few years
  824. [3:39 AM] Milk: I have no idea how many of them I actually have though
  825. [3:39 AM] Milk: make it up?
  826. [3:39 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: So if you could make up for that with just fucktons of material aid I'd be happy
  827. NEW MESSAGES
  828. [3:39 AM] Polan Stronk: I'll mug as much as I can find in OstPrussia and Silesia(edited)
  829. [3:40 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: apparently
  830. [3:40 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: the Vietnamese also had https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flammenwerfer_35

  834. [3:40 AM] Polan Stronk: Lol
  835. [3:40 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: Except it was used by the Nationalists instead of the Commies
  836. [3:40 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: i'll negotiate something w/ the nationalists in indochina
  837. [3:41 AM] Polan Stronk: I just ain't sending you Panthers or any tigers, they would be useless in Indochina
  838. [3:41 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: I'm not interested in any tanks.
  839. [3:41 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: nor any vehicle.
  840. [3:41 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: What I would like until the French are kicked out is artillery
  841. [3:41 AM] Polan Stronk: Maintenance on them would be a bitch there, let alone shipping the heavy ass beasts there
  842. [3:42 AM] Polan Stronk: Sure I can do that
  843. [3:42 AM] Polan Stronk: Give my people something to do

  854. [3:42 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: I need anti-tank grenades.
  855. [3:42 AM] Glad1us/Czechoslovakia: I'm pretty sure I could fabricate some Panzerfausts, should do well in a jungle
  856. [3:42 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Milk thats also where you would come in greatly.
  857. [3:43 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Glad1us/Czechoslovakia really? that'll help me against the French
  858. [3:43 AM] Polan Stronk: @Milk I might make Polish designed vehicles and planes later on, Soviet help would be appreciated
  859. [3:43 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: give them some flashbacks from the Germans
  860. [3:43 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: another thing @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON
  861. [3:44 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: if you can help me out with those soldiers, i'd be in debt to you
  862. [3:44 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: 600k would get the French fucked
  863. [3:44 AM] Milk: @Polan Stronk sounds good
  864. [3:44 AM] Polan Stronk: Be aware that the Panzerfaust is only really effective within 30m @Gaffer/N. Vietnam
  865. [3:44 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @Polan Stronk the Viet Minh got closer than 30m to American and French equipment
  866. [3:44 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: they'll be hit but they'll do their job

  877. [3:47 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: @Milk how much of you GPW surplus can you give to the CPC? You need to demobilize, no?
  878. [3:47 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: What better way than to win the Civil War?
  879. [3:47 AM] Milk: yeah but most of it's still usuable
  880. [3:48 AM] Milk: if I had to guess maybe 15%
  881. [3:48 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: infantry rifles I'm fine on cause I captured a few hundred thousand Japanese ones and a few hundred thousand more are on the way
  882. [3:48 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: lit
  883. [3:48 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: old submachine guns and anti-tank rifles and grenades would be incredible
  884. [3:49 AM] Polan Stronk: How about Anti tank pieces?
  885. [3:50 AM] Polan Stronk: Could give you some PaKs and ZiSes
  886. [3:50 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: That would also be incredible. Everything counts, as even one KMT tank down is another that the Americans will struggle to replace
  887. [3:54 AM] Polan Stronk: @Gaffer/N. Vietnam @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON apparently I got almost 18,000 pieces of these https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/122_mm_howitzer_M1938_(M-30)

  895. [3:59 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Even 1000 would be incredible
  896. [4:00 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: You gotta understand how woefully under equipped the CPC is

  900. [4:03 AM] Polan Stronk: @Gaffer/N. Vietnam is probably the most underequiped here
  901. [4:03 AM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: i really am.
  902. [4:03 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: Yeah but the KMT has twice as many men and American equipment

1061. [1:58 PM] Polan Stronk: Want some R35's for training?
1062. [2:07 PM] PhoenixGamer: Probably wouldn't hurt, though I don't think there'll be a shortage of Soviet tanks for that

1141. [11:08 PM] InsertUsernameHere: Because world powers is notoriously bad about interacting well with new people
1142. [11:09 PM] Polan Stronk: Well some of the claimants are honestly retards and try to turn their claims into memes
1143. [11:09 PM] Polan Stronk: That results in them getting shit on
1144. [11:09 PM] Polan Stronk: I actually had a really great time when I first claimed
1145. [11:10 PM] InsertUsernameHere: Because you guys leave the world in a fucking power vacuum
1146. [11:10 PM] Polan Stronk: I was the Dominican Republic and there was a whole Caribbean community there
1147. [11:10 PM] Polan Stronk: Though not last season as we had one US
1148. [11:10 PM] InsertUsernameHere: Starting with a destroyed USA is stupid
1149. [11:10 PM] Polan Stronk: It's really fun tbh
1150. [11:11 PM] Polan Stronk: Lots of action in the first few years
1151. [11:11 PM] InsertUsernameHere: All modern diplomacy and power structures are predicated off of the hegemony of the USA
1152. [11:11 PM] Polan Stronk: Lots of RP
1153. [11:11 PM] InsertUsernameHere: to just remove that and say "otherwise we're realistic" is stupid
1154. [11:11 PM] Polan Stronk: Thing about WP is that it values RP over other things but still trying to maintain relative realism
1155. [11:12 PM] InsertUsernameHere: In this situation economies would collapse, radical groups would take control of far more countries, and other powers would all quickly establish regional hegemony
1156. [11:12 PM] Polan Stronk: Hell this season we still have a strong NATO and EU
1157. [11:12 PM] Polan Stronk: US still flexes their muscle
1158. [11:13 PM] Polan Stronk: We are currently having another war in the Middle East
1159. [11:13 PM] InsertUsernameHere: It's horseshit to claim that geosim is unrealistic and then point at WP
1160. [11:13 PM] Polan Stronk: West v East
1161. [11:14 PM] Polan Stronk: There is a fundamental suspension of belief or innate naivety that you have to have in order to really enjoy WP
1162. [11:14 PM] Polan Stronk: Watching new power structures and alliances develop is part of what makes WP so interesting
1163. [11:14 PM] InsertUsernameHere: We have new power structures in geosim
1164. [11:15 PM] InsertUsernameHere: The rise of Akhand Bharat while the Eurasian Federation distracted the west is one of the most interesting things I've seen in an xpowers gamr
1165. [11:16 PM] Polan Stronk: Have you ever actually played in WorldPowers
  1166. [11:16 PM] InsertUsernameHere: I've seen it
1167. [11:16 PM] Milk: Morning lads
1168. [11:17 PM] Polan Stronk: What season or what nations do you remember? @InsertUsernameHere
1169. [11:18 PM] InsertUsernameHere: @Polan Stronk it's more of a general observation as I've hopped in time to time. I admit I'm not a veteran or anything but it seems too easy to do stuff at first and too quick to jump to war.
1170. [11:19 PM] InsertUsernameHere: Also morning will
1171. [11:19 PM] Polan Stronk: Aye, I've noticed people don't take Brinkmanship too well and often kill off leaders in claim posts
1172. [11:19 PM] Polan Stronk: Morning supreme Soviet @Milk
1173. [11:21 PM] InsertUsernameHere: My leader is here
1174. [11:21 PM] InsertUsernameHere: Time to delete the treasonous messages
  1175. [11:24 PM] Gaffer/N. Vietnam: @InsertUsernameHere i appreciate the advertisement
1176. [11:25 PM] Polan Stronk: GeoSim is like.
1177. They literally admit that they're not good enough to play on other XPowers games
  1178. so like
  1179. for what it is
  1180. it's fine
  1181.
1182. Some choice words from the WP IRC describing Geosim
1183. [11:26 PM] Polan Stronk: "IamKervin is such a polite man.
  1184. GeoSim is a simplified spin-off game.
  1185. He's the better Iam
  1186. He really is.
1187. We all are Kervin on this glorious day. "
  1188.

1759. [12:42 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Tfw real market socialist
  1760. [12:42 AM] InsertUsernameHere: :blobsad:
1761. [12:42 AM] mr tito: Can we just have Tito become leader of communist bloc and make market soc the world's commie ideokogy

1763. [12:42 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: pls no
1764. [12:42 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: market socialism is not communist
1765. [12:42 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: it cannot make the transition
1766. [12:42 AM] mr tito: Sorry
1767. [12:42 AM] mr tito: Not communist
1768. [12:43 AM] mr tito: Glorious anti capitalist ideology
1769. [12:43 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: >markets
1770. [12:43 AM] InsertUsernameHere: @BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON meta-collectives are more competitive in the market
1771. [12:43 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: something something same as capitalism just without labor exploitation
  1772. [12:43 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Eventually everything becomes a meta-collective
1773. [12:43 AM] BACKYARD FURNACES TURN ME ON: better sure
1774. [12:43 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Transition made
  1775. [12:45 AM] ☭ M A S S ☭ L I N E ☭: n a h
  1776. [12:46 AM] ☭ M A S S ☭ L I N E ☭: this week on "now that's what I call r e v i s i o n i s m"
1777. [12:50 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Although if we have to go Maoist it's definitely better than Marxism-Leninism or shudders immediate anarchism
1778. [12:50 AM] Milk: ANARCHO SYNDICALISM
1779. [12:51 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Syndicalism is scary
1780. [12:51 AM] InsertUsernameHere: It literally is the precursor to fascism in terms of ideas
1781. [12:51 AM] Milk: syndicalism is incredible
1782. [12:52 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Almost all of the fascists who were leftists (see: Mosley and Mussolini for examples) were syndicalists
1783. [12:52 AM] Milk: to say that syndicalism and fascism are the same is silly tho
1784. [12:53 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Not the same
1785. [12:53 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Just incredibly easy to convince one to go to the other
1786. [12:53 AM] InsertUsernameHere: It's like a backwards version of strasserism
1787. [12:54 AM] Milk: Syndicalism does't even mention nationalism though?
1788. [12:54 AM] Milk: which is a main tennet to fascism
1789. [12:54 AM] Polan Stronk: @mr tito need anti tank weapons and artillery?(edited)
1790. [12:55 AM] InsertUsernameHere: And strasserism holds as one of its tenets that Jews are bad
1791. [12:55 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Just because the tenets aren't that close doesn't make it hard to convert
1792. [12:55 AM] Milk: I know but we're talking about syndicalism?
  1793. [12:55 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Yeah
1794. [12:55 AM] Milk: Sydnicalism is influenced by marxism
1795. [12:56 AM] Milk: fascism is not
1796. [12:56 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Sorry I'm trying to use strasserism as a backward example
1797. [12:56 AM] Milk: it's all hore shoe theory
1798. [12:56 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Horseshit theory plz
  1799. [12:56 AM] InsertUsernameHere: No
1800. [12:56 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Fascism is inherently influenced by marxism
1801. [12:56 AM] InsertUsernameHere: It's founding leaders were former marxists
1802. 12:57 AM] Milk: nationalist authoritarian goals of creating a regulated economic structure to transform social relations within a modern, self-determined culture; and a political aesthetic of romantic symbolism, mass mobilization, a positive view of violence, and promotion of masculinity, youth and charismatic leadership
1803. [12:58 AM] Milk: that is one of the many definitions of fascism
1804. [12:58 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Using that definition ignores a lot of the subtlety
1805. [12:58 AM] Milk: syndicalism subscribes to nothing of that nature
1806. [12:58 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Especially if we're talking about orthodox mussolinite fascism
1807. [12:59 AM] Milk: I'm sorry but I consider myself economically a syndicalist and I could never see myself subscribing to any of those values
1808. [12:59 AM] InsertUsernameHere: So what do you think are the main differences between syndicalism and orthodox Marxism
1809. [1:01 AM] Milk: fascism is underpinned by nationalism
1810. [1:02 AM] Milk: glorification of war and homogenous idenitity
  1811. [1:02 AM] InsertUsernameHere: I understand that
1812. [1:02 AM] Milk: I can see the simmilarities economically
1813. [1:02 AM] InsertUsernameHere: I'm still asking you what you think separates syndicalism from marxism
1814. [1:02 AM] Milk: but I dispute that opens people up to fascism
1815. [1:03 AM] Milk: the major difference is the organisation of synidcates
1816. [1:04 AM] Milk: to cordinate and cooperate in the running of the economy
1817. [1:04 AM] Milk: that sort of collaboration and cooperation doesn't exist under fascism
1818. [1:05 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Fascism is literally about an entire ethno-national group collaborating to unify and improve its position among other ethno-national groups
1819. [1:06 AM] Milk: economically that's two very different cocepts though
1820. [1:06 AM] InsertUsernameHere: But tbh the problem was really that there was no fascist ideal
1821. [1:06 AM] InsertUsernameHere: So they jumped onto a form of syndicalism that was more oppressive
1822. [1:06 AM] InsertUsernameHere: And it kinda just happened to be syndicalism
1823. [1:06 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Sorry for what I said earlier
1824. [1:06 AM] InsertUsernameHere: I looked into it a hit more
1825. [1:07 AM] Milk: like I don't dispute that they were syndicalists
1826. [1:07 AM] Milk: and I can see the connections
1827. [1:07 AM] Milk: I just think it comes down to interpretation
1828. [1:08 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Yeah it just happened to be the bandwagon they were on before fascism was a thing
1829. [1:08 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Apologies
  1830. [1:08 AM] Milk: All good! :stuck_out_tongue:
1831. [1:09 AM] InsertUsernameHere: Although thank god for strasserism as a conversion avenue
1832. [1:09 AM] Milk: kek true

1878. [8:34 PM] ☭ M A S S ☭ L I N E ☭: @InsertUsernameHere Oh yeah I forget if I said this but you should prepare a post for basically right when the game starts of sending tons of mobile artillery and submachine guns and anti-tank and anti-air stuff
  1879. [8:34 PM] ☭ M A S S ☭ L I N E ☭: Cause the earlier the better
  1880. [8:34 PM] ☭ M A S S ☭ L I N E ☭: And @Polan Stronk idk depends on what would be more effective for fighting a guerrilla war
  1881. [8:35 PM] ☭ M A S S ☭ L I N E ☭: the most mobile stuff
1882. [8:37 PM] ThreeCommasClub: We need wepons and land from the Soviets
  1883. [8:37 PM] ☭ M A S S ☭ L I N E ☭: Land?
  1884. [8:37 PM] ☭ M A S S ☭ L I N E ☭: They're transferring the occupied territories to us
