I am the wolf that cries
In my eyes tears of joy
Crying for that love
That in me was the boy
I could not shove
Lesser days are now gone
I look up to the stars
Their light had dawned
Upon my weary blues

Far as the eye could see
I gazed upon thee
You gave a wink
And I believed to think
What more could I have been
If all that was was my sin
Causing tremble at feet
No more of an elite
And I begged to believe
What more could there be
If I only had a theatre
To portray the meter
That time runs on
All would take a gander
And the light of the show
In the sky would dawn
For more of the people
Not here would they know

If I could remove
Beneath this stone
What beats the drum
For what is known
Attraction of the stars
Will become the love of ours
In glory and peace
Happiness to unravel
The mystery of the loneliness
When with the one in times gone
The one I miss is the dawn
To have with kiss
A light that shone
Upon my weary, teary-eyed blues
Beneath this stone, a heart
And the heart lies confused
