  3. 1. The Property is privately owned, and Guest(s) are staying at their own risk. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs in or around the Property premises. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of Guest(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guest(s) shall use the Property for its intended normal residential use and are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property.

  5. Guest(s) acknowledge that they will be responsible for any damages to the property that occur as a result of their stay.

  7. 2. Check out is at 10:00 A.M. A late check-out fee of $50/hour or any portion thereof will be added to the reservation. If more than three hours late, we will also charge the cost of another night, as well as the late fee. If an arriving guest has to be re-homed due to a late check-out, a re-booking fee of $200 will also be applied to the reservation. Additional costs (hotels, cleaning fees) may apply.

  9. 2. Guest(s) are allowed to use and consume foods found in the kitchen.

  11. 3. Please do not leave food or beverages out on the counters - sugar ants are very common in Oregon, especially in the spring and summer months.

  13. 3. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, and please report any items that are broken or defective immediately to the host.

  15. 4. Only use appliances for their intended uses, and please report any appliances that are broken or defective immediately to the host.

  17. 5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property.

  19. 6. Pets may be welcome BUT will need to be pre-approved in advance. If your pet is approved, there will be a nightly pet fee of $35 per night per pet. Additionally, if your pet reservation is approved, you acknowledge that pets are strictly prohibited from being on all furniture and that you will pick up your pet’s waste.

  21. 7. Access: Guest(s) shall allow Host access to the property for purposes of repair and maintenance. Host shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

  23. 8. Parking: Guest(s) may use on street parking and the driveway.

  25. 9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Guest(s) are provided bath towels (10), wash clothes (10), and utility towels (20) for use inside the Property.

  27. a. Bath towels, wash clothes, and utility towels are not to be removed, intentionally or accidentally, from the Property. Guest(s) will be charged for missing bath towels at a rate of $8 per bath towel, $4 per washcloth, and $1 per utility towel.

  29. 10. Washer and dryer are included in Property for Guest(s) use. However, do not machine-wash the comforters, and there is no need for Guest(s) to launder linens or towels as part of Checkout.

  31. 12. Fireplace: The fireplace is not operational and is prohibited from use.

  33. 13. Water and Sewer: please conserve, DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.

  35. 14. Any illegal activity or abuse of the Property will terminate this Agreement and Guest will be evicted with no refund.

  37. 15. No recreational equipment (ie. Pools, water slides, trampolines, jump houses, exercise equipment) can be brought onto the property unless Host gives prior written approval.

  39. 16. Any violation of these terms may lead to an eviction without any refund!

  42. Check-Out Instructions:

  44. Please tidy up after yourselves and gather and collect all of your personal belongings. We will not be responsible for any items left behind.

  46. Please gather all of the trash and place it in the appropriate bins outside.
  47.  
  48. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, you do not have to start the wash cycle.
  49.  
  50. Please place ALL used towels in the bathtub including bath towels, utility towels, and kitchen towels.
  51.  
  52. Do not remove the sheets or bedding from the beds, our cleaning staff will take care of all of the laundry.
  53.  
  54. You must also acknowledge
  55. Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
