  1. Pay someone to spam then sue them?
  2. Hey guys, so we partnered up with an agency and they started dropping our links on mostly forums (Forum spam basically).

  14. Not going to lie, it was working mostly but then we had a fall out and the agency removed the links.
  15.
  16. Our traffic dropped severely.
  17.
  18. Can we sue this guy for breach? I mean we did pay him to spam basically lol
  19. Breach of what?
  20. They removed the links from other forums. Did not touch your site.
  21. I don't think they can be sued.
  22.
  23. If you have had contract which implies they can't do such things - its a breach of contract
  24. But when you said "fall out" - Not sure even this will be applicable.
  25. You cant do nothing.
  26. If you have a contract its another story

  33. You paid for spam though, leave it and hire a VA to do it for you this time
  34. Ask a lawyer. The people on here are not lawyers, even though some pretend to be.
  35. Okay, it's time for a quality voice to text post. everyone in this fucking thread probably has brain damage and has no idea what they're talking about. If you paid someone to render services, they're obligated to render to the fucking services, you don't have to have a literal contract although it's generally useful to have one. but, here's the fucking thing, first of all there's no way in hell they live in any fucking country where you're going to be able to reasonably sue them. You can barely even fucking sue someone in Pakistan if they rape your kids dog; good luck suing over $6 of forum backlinks. Also, do you understand how cocksucking expensive lawyers are? A fucking cheap lawyer charges at least $200 per hour. I guarantee you that there's no fucking way in hell that it's worth it for you to pursue this, unless you're such a fucking baller and you have such a solid case that you can also get the fucking other party, who's probably a goddamn Pakistan, to reimburse your legal fees. In conclusion there's no way in hell you're getting your money back, although hypothetical you could possibly have a case.
  36. Breach of what?
  37. Yeah well in the contract it said 10 links at 50 DA every month.
  38.
  39. That's pretty much it.
  40.
  41. I'm just thinking if the judge is like "Why don't you just ask the owner of the site to put your link back up?" - What will I say lol?
