  1. Okay, long post - skimmed it to get the general meaning and then went through it a little bit deeper.

  3. I agree that I feel like I don't get any idea of the changes or any say in the changes whatsoever - extremely often I don't hear about any changes until they're announced to the rest of the clan. If there is any way for leadership to get the word on changes out to us officers so we can give some input or even just look over the changes first, I'd very much appreciate it. @GreatJackal - definitely, every little thing shouldn't be put here in the OD, but some of the major changes haven't even been shown to us before they were immediately. Any way we could get our eyes on a draft of it or something to give feedback?

  8. P.S.: *Never abused this system* Let me remind you of how you abused the system last month on operation crusher?
  9.
  10. Yeah... I mean, @PinkDraconian, you were one of the biggest abusers of the system (probably the single biggest abuser overall given how much rep you gained) during Crusher. That's why I voted no on your application and it's why I didn't change my vote.

  12. You're a good vice from what I've heard (aside from your obviously hostile tone in this post and your not knowing how DI works) but I don't like that you intentionally gamed the system for your benefit.
  13.
  14. And now here you are, saying things like... hold on, lemme quote this.

  17. Saying that we needed to change is no valid reason to justify people actively being punished because some in the community do [abuse the system]. [...] If people are abusing a system, then don't just remove or overhaul the system whilst making it harder for others, that actually did nothing wrong, to execute whatever this was about.

  21. 20 XP = 1 REP. Now, I did agree that posting should've been nerfed but let's be fair. 20 posts = 1 REP. From my experience, if you put a whole hour into posting, you get about 60 posts. That's 3 REP and this has been the excuse for the higher ups to justify their change since it looks fair right? 1 hour of going to an event equals 1 hour of posting. The difference is that little to none people actually like posting for hours on end, meanwhile going to an event and playing a game is way more fun and most people would actually like to do that. Meaning that posting got over-nerfed and we've seen it happening already. People don't find the worth in posting anymore. Some people used posting to get their REP each month since they couldn't actually attend events due to work, school, etc. Those people are currently scrambling. They like posting, they still do but making 200 posts just for 10 REP is kind of over the top. I'd rather see 10 posts be worth 1 REP. Not only is this number way more achievable, it also looks way less daunting.

  28. tl;dr I would appreciate some notice if there are any changes coming up but it's not necessary. I also pointed out some immense hypocrisy on Draconian's part throughout his gigantic wall of text post, claiming that he never abused the system, that "other people shouldn't be punished for what some people do," etc.
