Just touching base...

I scrubbed on my hands and knees under the racks, the ice machine, under the dipping cabinet, along the freezer under the raw juice machine and as well as the other cabinets... I tossed away two old brooms as well as a dust pan. I scrubbed down that entire area too. I washed the walls where we wash our hands and the three stage sink.

Unhooked the drain of the juice dispenser, moved and cleaned under the machine and unhooked the entire drain gate and soaked it in hot soapy water. Zumex was 360'd again as well as under it and the counter. The pretzel oven was moved and the entire area was wiped down. I had Brandon move everything on the counter and wipe it down (where we keep our bowl toppings and bananas).

The trashcans were soaked and wiped down on the outside. I did not get to the ones in the customer area unfortunately. I went through 5 full bottles of degreaser cleaning. It's no wonder we have a gnat problem. There were half pieces of oranges, full oranges, full apples, pieces of frozen fruit that looked like they have been sitting there for years. I was on my stomach scraping all of this from the floor with that little scrapper we sit on top of our towel dispenser. I had to call in Ibrahim for an hour to just help out with some closing things and make sure Brandon didn't get overloaded.

I'm soaked from head to toe but hopefully I put a little dent in our gnat issue.
