  8. **Personality:** Syndra is a strange sort, her four arms each seeming to have a mind of their own, resorting to her calling them her "children" rather than actually acknowledging them as parts of her body. When she is not focused on making her children happy, Syndra is obsessed with pain - both pain to herself (though, not to her children) and to others, getting her sick kicks off of either seeing people be burned or whipped, or having her own body subject to such torment. Lives are not things that she finds value in, easily being content with the idea of murdering another person if she was told to - but, she doesn't prefer to kill people, as seeing them suffer is much more interesting to her. Curiosity is also one of her strongest emotions, easily swayed to do things by the promise of unlocking some kind of dark secret - sexual favors for a spell, temporary service for a tome, a hug for a story, all these and more are examples of transactions she would find completely fair. Lastly, she takes pride in the idea of someone commanding her, for the helmet that is attached to her skull was designed to make her obedient - although, it only partially worked, in that who she was has remained (mostly) intact.
  9. **Role:** Sinner. Syndra is interested in the idea of ascending in rank, for the hidden knowledge that a higher-up must obtain sounds quite appealing to her. However, for now, her talents are simply used for her own gain, though she will try many stunts to get the Queen to notice her efforts.

  11. **Likes:** There are few things more enjoyable to Syndra than learning; whether it be the contents of an ancient spellbook that's been long since forgotten, a short poem by a dead author, or even a new physical experience with someone that's unknown to her - it doesn't matter how common or cheap the knowledge is, provided she hasn't experienced it, then it's all the same to her. She is also a big fan of writing, although she has difficulties in actually doing it, as each of her arms will tend to try and create a different story at the same time, leading to her mind fracturing its focus between each one - usually, this ends up making four somewhat-related pieces that are all ultimately lower quality than her full potential. Lastly, she loves to feel wrapped up and hidden, which is why she usually has a shawl of sorts over her body - it makes her feel as if she's safe, while being completely exposed gives her great fear; not a feeling she entirely dislikes, admittedly, but not one she wants to have all the time.

  13. **Dislikes:** Destruction is quite hideous to Syndra - if you destroyed something, then how would you ever really learn about it? Even if it's something she's already experienced, she might forget it someday, so she will try to never let anything be truly destroyed if possible - books of dark magic will have their contents copied onto scrolls she hides in places nobody can find, even if she was commanded to incinerate every last copy of its pages. She also dislikes those that are too willing to keep secrets from her; Syndra would much rather prefer that you tell her everything about your life, even the information you only tell close friends, so that she can understand you better, and pick apart your existence like one might do with a fictional character. Lastly, Syndra is very afraid of fire - much like how she hates destruction, fire is like that, except it is more specialized in burning the books that she so dearly loves, as well as hurting her own form. She's completely fine with flames that she has under her control, but even then, she's likely to stand a few feet further back than she honestly needs to for her safety.

  15. **Body Build:** Syndra's body is quite thin, almost appearing to be like a ghost or skeleton of some sort. However, despite what should realistically be a form that is devoid of most fat, her demonic anatomy has made it so that she has large breasts--usually impossible to see, until she moves her shawl out of the way--that are about E cup. A black metal helmet covers her entire skull, but if one were to remove it--which would require magic even beyond that of a top-tier mage like herself--they could see that she has wide green eyes and purple curly hair.

  20. **Powers:** Each of Syndra's four arms possesses a unique magical spell, which can only be cast by her saying its name. She can have two spells active at once, and activating a third spell will dispel one of the others at random.
  21. ***Top-Left: Horrify.*** Horrify creates a black tentacle within 10 feet of her, one made out of slimy flesh that devours any light which comes close to it, bending light in a way similar to a black hole. It can be as small as 1 foot long and 1 inch in diameter, or as large as 30 feet long and 8 inches in diameter. The tentacle is under full control of Syndra's top-left arm, which usually uses it to grapple and restrain her foes - though, if she wishes, she can control it. She's also used it for sexual means before, and especially enjoys seeing just how big it can get before someone starts to feel too much pain to enjoy it.
  22. ***Bottom-Left: Struggle.*** Struggle conjures forth wailing souls anywhere within 60 feet of Syndra, which appear to be a translucent green color. Through manipulating the souls, she is able to move objects as if she were grabbing them--though with the strength of five men, rather than her admittedly frail arms--or even grasp people. She can control their movements quite precisely, able to having them touch and feel all over someone's body as if they were hundreds of insect-like feelers. The feeling of the souls on your skin is akin to raw meat, always feeling like there's some kind of slime that will be left behind - though, there truly isn't going to be anything like that.

  24. ***Top-Right: Ichor.*** Ichor allows Syndra to manipulate blood that is within 30 feet of her, moving it as if it were another limb - though one that she has complete control over. She cannot manipulate blood if it is currently not visible to her--such as inside of a body that is not wounded--but otherwise she is able to control any sort of fluid that gives a creature life - including its namesake, ichor, meaning the blood of the gods. If she wishes, the liquid can become sharper than a blade, cutting through flesh, or she can make it become other shapes, ones less prone to actual cuts - one of her favorites being that of a whip, to flay the flesh of others.
  25. ***Bottom-Right: Dissonance.*** The last of her four magics, Dissonance allows Syndra to create "psychic" noise in an area around her, up to 30 feet, though it can be a smaller sphere centered on herself if she so chooses. Those that are inside of the aura--save for anyone wearing a metal helmet, such as herself--will hear whatever noise she chooses to project, but it will come from inside of their minds. It is not easily confused as one's own thoughts, but instead, it merely sounds as if the noise is inescapable, and cannot be stopped through earplugs, earmuffs, hands - not even being *deaf* will stop someone from hearing her Dissonance. Usually, she uses this to bring others into submission, through extremely loud noises until they give themselves up.

  27. **Backstory:** Being a demon of sorts, Syndra was not born for the purpose of being good and kind - she was crafted to be a device of evil purpose, spreading sin in any way that she could. Her creation was specifically to be that of a sin of *envy*, destined to always want the knowledge and secrets that others possessed, as well as rip them away from mortals so they could never experience it for themselves. After around 30 years of simply doing as a fiend like her does, tempting and tormenting mortals, a mage cursed her, placing a helmet on her head that would never come undone - one that would change her, turning her into a benevolent servant. However, it did not work as the magus intended - instead, it split the connection from her arms to her conscious brain off, making them all act on their own instead in accordance to differing feelings, and it only gave her pleasure to be commanded; she still would not follow commands that were contrary to her own beliefs. Shortly after murdering the caster, with Syndra no longer tied to always harming mortals, and instead able to follow her own goals, the demoness headed to the Realm of Sin, to expand her repertoire of dark knowledge with the secrets of the sinful world - both those that are lustful, and not.
