Skills - Local Heroes

Skill:
*You pick one skill for a hero at the start of the game. Heroes gain more skills and improve existing skills as the game goes

1) Warrior: Warriors gain a skill bonus when they are sent to complete "Fight" missions.
2) Wizard: Wizards gain a skill bonus when they are sent to complete "Banish" missions.
3) Paladin: Paladins gain a skill bonus when they are sent to complete "Purge" missions.
4) Scout: Scouts gain a skill bonus when searching the local area for treasures
5) Craftsman: Craftsmen gain a skill bonus when trying to improve items from the storage
6) Merchant: Merchants can barter more times with the market
7) Bureaucrat: Bureaucrats gain a skill bonus when changing the tax law in town
