  1. We always want our customers to be happy with the products and services that we provide. However, we deeply apologise, if for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase. In such a case we offer you with a 14 days refund and exchange policy. For refunds, you can return the item to the address on the invoice within 7 days and we will issue a refund once we receive the item. For exchange, you can send the item back to the address on the invoice including a note stating the style, size and further details of the item you wish to exchange for. We also require £3 to send the replacement. But, in both the cases please ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was sent, it has not been worn or damaged.
