As the Nihil fell to the ground, Vernestra grabbed the hilt of her lightwhip and twisted the bezel, solidifying the blade once more. She threw the lightsaber at the nearest Nihil, taking his hand before using the Force to nudge the hilt so two more Nihil lost their blasters. Then Vernestra pulled the hilt back toward her. She’d thought it was unorthodox to throw a lightsaber in such a manner, but it was highly effective when facing so many adversaries.
