Part 1: Trainees greeted the host. Rules were stated. Rules were copypasted.
CT was explained.
Part 2: Made a poll if trainees want a TDM or some different mode which
was tagged and I couldnt read. I had to help out the host to even start
the first TDM. Uses :countdown instead of :lives to determine the lenght
of a TDM. I had to react due to growing unrest among trainees due to
host causing lots of disturbance to them due to that countdown. Said
what was good and bad. Almost forgot about the 2nd TDM. The host is
really bad at doing CTs. The host didnt pay attention to teamwork
or communication.
Part 3: 1v1s. Only 2 trainees remained resulting in only one 1v1 round.
Part 4: One person promoted.
Side notes: The host should attend more CTs in order to learn how they
are properly hosted, this is the hosts first CT hosted by them but they
should know better. Host made a poll: TDM or some different mode which
was tagged and I couldnt see. The host needs to learn commands more.
Host should read the training handbook better. Host didnt slock.
