# What can you offer as a member of the LSPD? (50+ Words)
#### What i can offer is my skills, experience, tactics, and my voice. I want to see a the best police force and i want to join to be apart of it and to participate in that becoming a reality. Accept me and you will have my all. LSPD is not just a job, but a lifestyle. I hope to bring and share my skills, and experience to others and to help shape the LSPD they way it is meant to be. I hope to one day climb the ranks so i can have a voice in what i want the police department to be. I believe ever cops need to understand that their voice really is the best tool they have and need to use it more. I see a lot of cops giving tickets and jail time to people on the first offense of minor crimes. A young man does not need to spend 15 months is jail for selling weed on the streets but needs to be shown that there is a better life waiting for him. His momma, she wants to see him do good in this world. This is a young man, and he just needs to know that people care and want him to do good. So what will i bring to the police force? A better city is what i will give you.
