Attacker(s): Kyle Keys 20, Toris T Oliver 23.

Description: Keys walked up to Deborah as she was walking towards her apartment after getting off a bus and, without provocation, shot her. He then stole her wallet, cell phone, and credit cards, before fleeing. Oliver drove the getaway car.
