Victor Sierra

Victor Sierra {https://in.pinterest.com/torinocapital/} was the Director of the Global Solutions Group at the German Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort in New York. He also served as Director of Latin American distribution for ABN AMRO Bank (RBS) in New York. He has worked closely with both public- and private-sector institutions in Latin America for many years.
