  1. logan_rusinekYou guys need to settle your tits. Net neutrality keeps ISPs from making money from services they don't own (obviously). If net neutrality fell, I could see a lot of companies suing the ISP for trying to make money from their product, because t
  2. Delete Commentlogan_rusinek@logan_rusinek he companies own that "product" or website or app or whatever.
  3. gabe.gorham@logan_rusinek Riiighhhttttt because you know a lot. Thats a very insignificant part of this. It is about corporate censorship. Do some research.
  4. Delete Commentlogan_rusinek@gabe.gorham I know a lot more than you. I program online services for these corporations. Maybe you should do some research.
  5. gabe.gorham@logan_rusinek Ahhh right, your the political guy here. You know a lot more about the legislation than I do. You also have such a fulfilling programming job online considering you are 15... Maybe I should do some research because last time I checked, corporations dont hire 15 year olds to program stuff for them. The political argument in this is that without this law, corporations would be able to take advantage of the people. It has nothing at all to do with ISP’s charging people money for someone else’s products because that is already ILLEGAL. Just because you can punch a couple hashtags into a computer does not mean you can tell me what I was arguing with someone about.
  6. Delete Commentlogan_rusinek@gabe.gorham I'm not 15 buddy and I develop my own stuff that is way more advance than a teenage girl putting in hashtags. And anyways why would I ever trust you when you put in a shit load of random characters in a Google doc and said it was your "firewall" lol
  7. gabe.gorham@logan_rusinek I love how you pride yourself about being able to develop software. I am not going to get in a debate over that. However, I can tell you that you need to get a hobby if I could destroy your entire life, “career” and passion with an EMP. Maybe try to go outside? I love it how you have to defend yourself when I make a joking insult about hashtags, like you know I’m right? Go back to “developing software” and don’t lecture me on trust, because I would not trust you to go 2 weeks without experiencing withdrawal symptoms from your vape. Your entire life revolves around a power outlet. And don’t call me buddy, I am not buddies with people who ask me what my computer is during a lockdown when I am trying to tell my friend that the people in the later el are safe because he had family there. You care about insignificant things and you are unworthy of anyones friendship, trust, compassion, or overall empathy. Do me a favor and try not to put yourself on a moral high ground because you can code some software that nobody cares about. Any idiot with enough money to go to KVCC for 2 years can learn to do what you take pride in. Cheers!
  8. gabe.gorham@logan_rusinek I hate to be rude, but I absolutely hate it when self entitled ungrateful people like you think you can throw yourself into a conversation... keep to yourself and leave with half your pride before I take that away too.
  9. Delete Commentlogan_rusinek@gabe.gorham How the hell can you have pride for stuff when all you have to do it just ask your parents for a 2000 dollar Alienware or Macbook or something? The rest of us actually have to work for shit and we can take pride for that.
  10. Delete Commentlogan_rusinek@gabe.gorham And during that lockdown I was trying to make a conversation because I was bored I never realized you were telling someone about the later el or whatever. You just said "Why does that matter right now" and I just went away.
  11. Delete Commentlogan_rusinek@gabe.gorham And I dare you to EMP me or hack me or whatever you say when your pissed at people.
  12. gabe.gorham@logan_rusinek My family’s monetary value is completely irrelevant. Just because my dad makes a lot of money does not mean that he did not work very hard for that money, because in fact, I can guarantee he works harder in a day than you have in your entire life. Only a disrespectful prick would try to shame somebody for how much money they make, maybe you should get a damn life and you might be a little successful as well.
  13. gabe.gorham@logan_rusinek I should not have to suffer because you are too ADD to sit quietly during an “emergency”.
  14. gabe.gorham@logan_rusinek I cant hack you or use an EMP, but the north koreans can so the political people like me will end up saving the keyboard warriors like you.
  15. Delete Commentlogan_rusinek@gabe.gorham 1.) You're right, this doesn't involve your parents, and it is alright that they can buy these expensive things for you. I'm just saying people usually have more pride in working for something. 2.) How can my ADD during a lockdown make you "suffer"? 3.) How am I the keyboard warrior when I'm not the one playing Arma 3 all day? 4.) Obviously this conversation isn't going anywhere and I literally don't even give a shit if you don't agree with point anymore. In the end I still believe net neutrality is important because not rich families will have to pay extra for services not owned by the ISP but the companies that made them. And to be honest if I owned a ISP I would vote to get rid of net neutrality so I could be the only company that would still allow access to all websites and I could "stand out" from the others and have more people by my product. But I highly doubt any ISP would do that today.
  16. gabe.gorham@logan_rusinek 1) Sure 2) .... 3) Incorrect 4) Not according to historical evidence, facts, and statistics. Agree to disagree. Goodbye.
