Exp (Detailed): I've been Admin, Mod and in one server Manager, I’m very experienced as a staff member, and the longest time I’ve been staff was almost 1 year, before i got demoted for nothing.

Why you want this position: Cause I’m a good leader and I like to help growing servers.

What sets you apart from others: I’m a very kind person , and takes everything positive, well most of the things.

What skills can you bring to our server? I could help the server grow , and choose good staff.

How do you plan to handle staff members? I would be nice to them and (I hope) they would be nice to me, if they would do something wrong, I would warn them, but if they do something ENTIERLY wrong like X-raying, hacking, etc…
I would ask them why , and if they didn’t answer or gave me a really good reason why they would do that, I would demote and give them a temp ban.

What if a staff member:

Breaks a rule? I would just warn them and ask them why they broke that rule.

Disobeys higher authorities command? I would punish them with something.

Mocks other staff? I would mute that one staff member and if they would mute evade ban them. And if they still do something worse, maybe demote them.

Abuses abilities? If it is something small like giving her/himself diamonds I would just take them back and warn them, but if it were super OP items or tp abuse and stuff like that, I would take his/her command abilities for a while.

Is rude/Unhelpful with players? I would say them that if they don’t help the server, or be rude to players they would have no spot on the Staff list, or they wouldn’t be mature enough to be a staff member. And if they don’t stop immediately they would be demoted 1 place lower.
