Yes, I have plenty experience when it comes to moderating. Let me tell kind of a story:
Two years ago when I started playing Minecraft, I noticed that there was a "Multiplayer" choice, and I clicked it. After around a week of playing more single player and searching in google, I finally got excited because I finally knew what a "Server IP" was. When I played a factions server for the first week, everything began. I saw a "Moderator" tag in the chat, and I thought about that. Someone needs to take care of a Minecraft server, right? So I applied on larger communities while getting feedback from players telling me that I didn't have enough experience. So I canceled my applications so I could staff my way up, and applied on a MUCH smaller server (hosted from a computer, etc). When I first got accepted on that server, I continued applying on small servers until I got to that point where I moderated around 50 small servers in 1 and a half years. After that, it was finally time that I moderate bigger servers, I thought. That wish first brought me to TheOrionNetwork, a server which got 20-60 players per day. I moderated the server for around a month, and then decided to resign after the server got extremely unpopular. I also owned my own server called PottingNetwork, which was a server which got 30-100 players, WITHOUT FORUMS. I sadly had to shut down the server after no one donated any more money to the host, and I continued. I applied on CarnageHCF and got accepted. The server had a player base of 10-50 players per day, and I resigned because I believed in myself that I could moderate bigger communities.
You see, I have plenty experience with moderating servers big and small. I've learned many commands and everything a good staff member should know, and I would make a good example of a experienced staff member on Warefine.

I've discovered Warefine from one of my friends about 4 months ago and I've been chilling and pvping on here since, and I love it so far.

What Can you bring to the Warfine Network?:
I feel like I can bring Warfine an mature, kind and friendly person who has experience with moderating big and small servers. I can bring Warfine the one staff member it could need, the one who knows the responsibilities and permissions that grow with every promotion, how to react to different kind of players and how to treat them, the one who has experience with the HCF plugin and its commands. I'm faster than the most staff members. If I could get the opportunity of being a staff member on the Warefine network, I would dedicate all my hard work and time on the whole community to make sure the players are enjoying their time on the server, meeting new people in Teamspeak and me having fun while moderating Warfine. I'm a unique staff member, meaning that I've been one of the best staff member on some communities, and I'm very dedicated to what I do whenever it's Minecraft, a exam, school in general, or personal information. I wouldn't be applying on the Warfine Network if I wasn't ready, since I already canceled all my applications so I could get myself prepared. I had a real high amount of Elo/rating on many servers, and I've learned what real and false cheaters look like. I always look at every detail the possible cheater does, and I never ban someone without screen sharing the player unless it's obvious killaura, speed/bhop, fly or phase. I'm always trying my best to keep communities that I love clean and safe of cheaters since I want to improve the experience of Warfine. I am good at making decisions and being a leader that as a staff member I can do and improve it. I never ever freak out if I have an issue or don't know something, I always try to contact higher and/or more knowledge staff, but this should happen very rarely since I know most questions. I also speak German, Romanian and English fluent.

Why would you like to apply for Warfine?:
1. First of all, I would like staff so I can prove to other servers that I can handle a server with hundreds of players and work my way up. That could help me continue my experience with being a staff member on servers with high player bases.

2. Second, Warfine is a fully custom PvP Network with a really high player base. Warfine is also one my most favorite PvP Servers, and being staff on here would be amazing as I want to help the community, players and staff team with me being staff.

3. Another reason is that I actually want to help this community being a better place, and contribute with the players and server on the forums, and Teamspeak. I totally enjoy helping, and I want to be apart of the staff team so I can get the chance of showing the staff team that I seriously enjoy helping communities and players.

4. I also love being a team leader and making decisions, and I feel that as a staff member I will get to do this and help improve not only the staff team with me being a staff member but the server as well.

5. I always see players saying in chat "STAFF TP PLEASE". I hate it so much that too if they say that, no staff teleports. That's what inspires me so much to be staff on the Warfine Network. I know they should use /report or /helpop, but it could be something seriously important, and I want so much to help these players with all my love, respect, and staff assistance.

Knowledge
I've been playing HCF for 8 months now, and I'm very experienced with the plugin. I know all the commands a good staff member should know, including:

/ban - I would permanently ban someone only if someone was cheating.

/mute - I would permanently mute someone only if someone was advertising.

/ss - I would use this command to freeze and get somebody in ts.warefine.com

/tempban - Temporarily bans someone.

/f dtr - Change the DTR of a faction. Mostly would use this command if someone got killed by a hacker or died from lag.

/sc - Staff Chat

/staff - Changes gamemode to staff mode.

/kick - Kicks a player from the server.

/cc - Clears the chat, I would use this command when someone advertises inappropriate website or advertises a server.

I do know more commands, but I would not want to spam this application with commands.

Screen Sharing
I've learned screen sharing professionally in my past experience. If I get to be a staff member on Warefine, then I could improve my screen sharing and learn special tricks, which can help me screen sharing more professionally. For now, here's how I screenshare: First, I would give the player 3 minutes to join ts.warefine.com. If the player tells me that he doesn’t have Teamspeak installed, I would give him 4 minutes to install and connect to the Teamspeak. I would give the player the chance to admit. If he doesn’t admit, then he would need to give the join.me link, and press f3. I would keep the version and the amount of mods the player is running in mind. After that, the player would need to go to Resource Packs, and head to .minecraft. I would next check the “Show hidden items” at “View”. Next he would need to go to the mods folder. These are the mod sizes, by the way:

- ToggleSneak: 20kb to 29kb
- BspkrsCore: 194kb to 200kb
- ArmorStatus: 20kb to 28kb
- DirectionHUD: 20kb to 28kb
- StatusEffect: 20kb to 26kb
- TcpNoDelayMod: 5kb to 6kb
- Player API: 200kb to 300kb
- Optifine: 1180 to 1190kb

I have the sizes memorized in my head. Anyway, next I would go to their versions folder, and if they have a client, I would ban them if they did or didn’t use it on the server. Next the player would need to go to Roaming, and click on TS3Client. Click on cache, and if there was a folder called “lemote”, then it means the player self destructed spook. If the player has a folder called “lib” in their java folder, then it also means the player self destructed spook. Next I would go to their Prefetch folder (Windows (C:) -> Windows -> Prefetch), and check if the player has 3 JAVAW files. If they do, then it means the player has Vape. Next, I would go to the vape website, and see if the auto suggestion thingy auto fills it. If it does, I would click on the website, and see if the has login on the website. I would ban the player if he does. I would also check the login on the spook website. Next I would let the player download chestsmasher (I have the link). The player would need to put all the cheatsmasher files on its desktop and click on the .exe. When the notepad pops up, it should show the hacks if he has any (Probably not clients that can be injected). Finally, I would check his Skype Received folder, his desktop, downloads and recycle bin.

Maturity
I see myself as a mature person and I see myself as a leader not only in game but also in the real world. I think a great leader is someone who can realize that they did something wrong and correct themselves and do it better next time, not just like “idgaf, I don't care what the others think”. Be one with the community, not rule the community. A mature person is someone who keeps calm even if someone is annoying him and trying to make him mad. Also maturity means to me people that welcome other players when they don’t even have to.

About Yourself:
My name is TEMPBANNING and I live in an apartment in California, I've lived here for a while now. First, I was born in Romania and lived there for about 5 years. Next I moved to Germany and lived 5 years there, too. Then I moved to California, foothill ranch in an apartment. My grades are going up and in the summer break I can play Minecraft more and moderate Warfine as much as possible, and when school starts I will also be trying to play as much as possible so I have more choices of helping the players with my support.

If a player comes on the server with the same IP as the owner and is asking for a rank, what would you do?:
I would go in Teamspeak and ask if anyone knows about that player, if I don't get the information I need I would ask my question in the Skype/Slack staff chat, and if no one knows anything about that either, I would ask the player to come in Teamspeak, and then I would see if the player has a rank. If he doesn't, then it would mean that that was the brother of the owner, and send the owner a message saying that his brother has joined asking for a rank.

If your friend was hacking and you knew about it, what would you do?:
I would not hesitate to ban him since I know hacking is not allowed, too if he was my friend
