Ive decided to join Igni just now. Reasons are me simply knowing some of them as a friend and we did lose to Amg so it's not going to be easy. Not to mention the problems I have with veno atm. I am only going to say what I think here because I know the problems you're currently dealing with. Take them as a free oppertunity to improve your team enviroment/results or ignore it it's up to you. Ps the following is an objective view, not personal on anyonw mentioned.

Top is good on tanks, but seems like he's burnt out/getting burnt out and is mindlessly playing scrims because of the amounts you play. Should learn some carries top vs standard tanks so he can carry some games on red side.

Jgl should only be put on champs he can perform on, xin/camille or whatever else he plays thats aggressive. He has adopted a camille version of jungling and is lacking other jgl skills on the other parts. Room for improvement also needs to look/ask for plays more often even on farm champions some lanes need pressure at certain points of the game etc.

Mid: Im going to be straight, you will probably lose lane against most people you play against depending on team because of ur elo. I remember from what scrims we had so far that the enemy mid got out of control now i do base my thought on that here but ur lack of confidence and "I can play anythinf" mentality. No one can play everything imo. Sure, you can go even when you get said counter pick but thats a wasted counter pick since people cannot control said champions after laning. Most of the games end in a mid/late game teamfight where peoples knowledge on the champ they are playing is such a huge deal that i do not even care if someone on my team is behind since he knows what he can and cant do. Base line: You gotta start winning lane more often with the meta stuff available and know the champs you play more. This will tie into you being near mute in the scrim. You could not even talk if you wanted to if you're any of the following: Focus required to pilot champ, Focus required to win lane, Focus required to not die in a hard lane. Tilt/stress. Feeling bad for losing lane.

It's impossible to talk/call anything out effectively if you meet any of those criterias. Mid is probably one of the worst roles to shotcall if you want any chance to focus and win mid. So here's some issues that pop up because of that:

You have a team owner/captain being quiet 24/7. You are never making any solo plays or telling team for setups mid/jgl/bot/top ganks etc. Team enviroment collapses when main owner is both losing lane and not being vocal. Eventually people will get tired of playing scrims/tourneys and lose. Especially if you haven't admitted it out loud that the enemy mid is slightly better than you (which is all thats needed to win mid). There are some things that are hindering you from improving such as role swapping, managing chaotic team swaps, too much mindlessly scrimming. There are people that are higher elo than us playing like 1 game a day on average since release. Mindlessly playing leads nowhere, but calm and collected and NOT BEING TOO HARSH on urself and just play 1-4 champs max of whats meta and learn it. I think its easily fixable for you if you understand that its not very hard and underestimate urself.

I'm offering my own time to right now to help you out because I know how much you want to win and its something i respect but you gotta put the focus in the right thing. I will offer advice and improvements to you personally either mid lane or team related things here whenever you have any questions or dont know what specifically thats going wrong. I'm only going hard on this party because ur the team owner/captain and people kind of need to know ur reliable. Again, this is not criticism. I am just stating some facts that you maybe are not aware off.

Adc is fine nothing special to improve on except his work in progress^tm cassio 😂
